The biggest plus point was that it was cheap but included covered parking. I also personally liked the heated toilet seat.

I stayed in a deluxe room on a weekday in early August for about 7,000 yen (tax included). It was cheap!

The accommodation was adequate for the price, but there were some areas where the explanation was lacking.

Even though it was called a deluxe room, the jetted tub in the bath was out of order, and I was put off by the signs saying "This is out of order" and "This is unavailable." If they had just explained from the beginning, "We have this but it's out of order, so we're offering it at a lower price," I would have felt completely satisfied.

There were no drinks in the room, so I went to a convenience store north to buy some. When I got back and opened the refrigerator, there was already bottled water in the room. If this was included as a complimentary service, I wish they had made that clear from the start.

The only problem was when I went to sleep. The air conditioner was quite loud. Also, even though I thought I had turned off all the lights, some of them just wouldn't turn off, making it difficult to sleep. There might have been a switch somewhere.

It has a large number of rooms and ample parking, so it seems like you'll be able to get a room here even when other hotels in Kobe are full, so it's definitely worth keeping in mind.

However, while this was a former love hotel, there are many active love hotels in the neighborhood. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for one person, there are also active love hotels available, so you might want to compare those options.

It feels so good

It was nice to have a spacious room for one person. I thought there would be breakfast service, but they said they didn't offer any meal service. There was a Seven-Eleven nearby, which was convenient.

The room was huge!

It was no problem for a family of three to unpack all their luggage.

There was a hallway, and the bed was large, with a table and sofa nearby.

The bathroom was also large, with separate wet and dry areas.

It was so large it even had a microwave and a small drinks dispenser.

It was also the first time I've seen a hotel provide a hairdryer, which was quite unique.

The counter and hallway layout looked a bit odd, but it was perfectly comfortable.

Free parking was available, and the value was great.

I highly recommend this hotel for those driving and looking to save money.

The room is very big, rarely seen in Japan

The room is renovated. It is quite spacious and bright. The price is relatively cheap. I will still choose it when I go to Kobe again. It is a very good hotel with good service. Although the facilities are old, they are very clean.
