The exterior is castle-style, while the interior is more traditional Japanese style. The plaza lighting is beautiful, but hotel guests don't get any discounts! The hot spring bath is unique, but it's a bit rushed by 11 pm!

The hotel has a considerable history. Situated high in the mountains, the air is pleasant. The Japanese-style rooms are excellent, and the balconies are nice. It has all the necessary amenities for a holiday. The onsen is really good, with many indoor and outdoor baths. Because it's an old and large hotel, there are certainly some areas that could be improved. But overall, it's still acceptable considering the price and the quality of service.

This hotel is recommended for family trips.
While the entire building exudes a sense of history, both the exterior and interior are extremely luxurious, and the grounds are used lavishly. The hotel's abundant use of natural stone, particularly within the building, and its on-site wedding venue, highlight its former luxury status. While the hotel shows signs of age, it is well-maintained and clean.
The hot spring water is rich and contains a high amount of iron, making it impossible to see the bottom of the tub, and the iron solidifies outside the bathtub. It was a memorable experience for hot spring lovers.
The service was also very courteous, and despite our late check-in, we were accommodated promptly. Breakfast offered a wide selection of Japanese and Western dishes, a wide variety of drinks, and homemade dishes like scrambled eggs and simmered pumpkin. We were very satisfied with both the variety and the taste.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. It's only about an hour from the Osaka Expo site, making it a recommended base for travelers from Kobe, especially during times when hotel prices in urban areas are soaring.

💢Avoid lightning! The forced consumption at Kobe Fruit Hotel in Japan is too much! 💢
My dears, today we must expose a hotel in Japan. 😡
When I made the reservation, it was clear that the order included accommodation for one adult and one child. However, when I arrived at the site, the staff forcibly charged extra for the child's accommodation. I quickly contacted the Ctrip platform, and the platform called the front desk and communicated in Japanese and clearly stated that this fee would not be charged, but the hotel just did not agree with me. I felt that I was completely controlled by the Chinese staff because I was not proficient in the language. 🙄
During the communication with the platform, the hotel flatly denied that there were any additional charges and insisted that I was staying with two adults. 😒
Moreover, on the day of check-in, the room was not cleaned very well, and the tatami mat, bed sheet and pillowcase were not laid out for me. 🤬
The only advantage of this hotel may be that it has a hot spring, but the local Arima Onsen is also very close. If you want to soak in a hot spring, you can go to experience the more distinctive Arima Onsen. 😒
In short, this hotel is really infuriating. They force consumption and refuse to acknowledge it. Everyone must avoid it. Never choose this hotel, let alone do offline transactions. 💣

This is a family-friendly facility with a spa with hot springs of the same quality as Arima Onsen. However, the hot springs are only in the open-air baths, and the other baths are not hot springs. It is also unfortunate that the opening hours are short, until 11pm at night and from 6am to 9am in the morning (reception until 8:30am). The hotel is inside a roadside station, so there is an amusement park, a direct sales store, the Monkeys Theater, and more, so the whole family can have fun all day. Dinner and breakfast are both buffet style, and the menu is average. When I stayed there, they advertised all-you-can-eat crab, but it was snow crab (I didn't think it was very tasty). The room was a standard Japanese-style room.

I stayed here with my mother and son, three generations of my family. The room was quite ordinary, but we enjoyed the illuminations at night, warmed up our cold bodies in the large bath, and had an all-you-can-eat crab dinner buffet, so it was a very satisfying stay. There is also an outlet mall nearby, so we had a great time for two days.

It is a place worth visiting. The environment is full of birds and flowers, and there are many places to hang out. It is very similar to a European university. There is also a large greenhouse with many tulips. Maybe there are not too many people yet, so it is very relaxing.
