Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was top notch and they also have tea, coffee during the day. We've also used their laundromat, worked great!

Right next to the metro station, 7/11 and lots of restaurants to have dinner.

The only downside was the dry air in the room. It is expected as the fans are constantly working, but it could be helped with humidifiers, which we saw being used in another hotel we stayed in Tokyo.

Great hotel and overall great experience.

This is an excellent hotel! It's very new, and the facilities are clean and well-equipped. It's incredibly close to the Kishinosato-Tamade Station on the Nankai Electric Railway line, which has an elevator. From the Tamade exit, turn right and walk into the shopping street, and the hotel will be on your left. It only takes 10 minutes to get to Namba. From Nankai Namba Station, you can catch the bus to Itami Airport. At Shin-Imamiya, you can transfer to the JR Loop Line to reach various attractions. To get to Kansai Airport, you can also transfer to the Nankai Rapit at Namba Station. A word of caution: if you're coming by Osaka Metro, it's closer to get off at Tamade Station, but you'll still have to walk a bit, and this subway station doesn't have an elevator. If you're carrying luggage, I recommend taking the Nankai line to the hotel. If you're taking a taxi, do not tell the driver the hotel's address directly. Cars cannot enter the shopping street, and navigation will make the driver take a very long detour. Instead, choose Nankai Kishinosato-Tamade Station's Tamade exit as your destination; it's extremely close to the hotel. There's a Tamade supermarket in the shopping street where things are very cheap, and it's where the locals shop. Some items are even half-price close to closing time at night, which is a great bargain!

The room was a bit small and didn't have a window that could be opened, but honestly, for this price, what more could you ask for? The front desk service was excellent, and it's located right in the commercial area, very close to the station. There's a self-service washing machine on the first floor. Overall, you can't really complain about anything for this price.

Very close to the train station. English speaking staff, easy to communicate. A convenient place to stay especially if you are travelling by train.

I had a great stay at Bande Hotel Osaka! The hotel is a little bit far from the city center (around 20 minutes), but it’s literally right next to the train station, which makes it very convenient to get around and explore the city.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. I’d also like to mention how friendly and welcoming the staff were, they really made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka

This hotel's location is quite good. To the right, right outside the door, is Yude Subway Station. To the left, a short walk away, is a local supermarket, which seems to be where the locals shop. They have a wide variety of items and good prices. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, clean, and convenient for getting around, all at a reasonable price!

The hotel location is near the train station and 7 eleven store. The room was super clean. The bed was comfy.

For this price point, the facilities and cleanliness are more than adequate. The location is very convenient with a 7-Eleven right outside, making it a great choice.

I've stayed here three times over the past two years, and it's a pretty good guesthouse. The service is excellent, and the owner is friendly and approachable. Any issues are dealt with immediately (like changing rooms), which I really appreciate. Thank you! I look forward to my next visit. The price is also very reasonable.
