Absolutely gorgeous hotel inside and out. Felt like a home alone hotel in the lobby. You can see this hotel cost an absolute bomb to build when it was originally built. It's moved on a bit in time now but the hotel is well looked after and the staff kind and friendly. We especially liked the selection of teas, coffee and bath salts in the lobby. Great location. The bathroom had a funny smell but I imagine that was the drains. We left the fan on all the time to try and take it out. Would definitely recommend for the price point!!!!!!!!

This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, super close to the Shinsaibashi shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new. The service is gentle and attentive. I had a super comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Osaka!

Consistently great! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-organized, and the service is excellent – they’re always ready to help. It was a fantastic experience. The location is superb, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. Even Universal Studios is easily accessible, less than a 30-minute journey away. This is my second stay here, and I'm truly very satisfied. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.

This is by far the best value, safest, most comfortable, and best-serviced hotel in Osaka. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Shinsaibashi, with a subway station right outside. There were wonderful Chinese-speaking staff to help with check-in. I accidentally left something behind, and to my surprise, after contacting the hotel staff, I actually got my item back! A huge thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm service and patient help. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!

Super convenient location. Good size and comfortable. Only negative was the musky smell from the carpet. Other than that all is good especially the generous amenities given. At least 3 famous ramen stall near the hotel. Long queue every night.

I absolutely love this hotel, so close to the shopping area and subway trains. The amenities are amazing. Clean rooms, staffs are very friendly. They have free coffee at the reception area. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed a three night stay here.. the room was very nice, completely clean and everything in perfect shape.. comfy bed and nice shower.. and a window that opened just enough to let some fresh air in. The room seemed just a little bigger than others I’ve had (still would be tight if two people with luggage, ofc) but the ambiance here has a certain historic & classy feel that sets it apart from others… the staffs were very lovely, prepared and organized and kind.. and I like the location very well.. this side of the Avenue has a different vibe than the other.. happy to recommend

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. It's incredibly convenient for subway access, just a 10-minute walk to the Chuo Line and 5 minutes to the Midosuji Line. Shinsaibashi itself is right next door, and downstairs you'll find ramen shops, yakiniku restaurants, Daimaru Umeda department store, convenience stores, and various drugstores. Dining and shopping couldn't be easier. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel offers a quiet retreat. The vibrant commercial atmosphere, with all the lights, makes it feel very lively and safe, which is great for first-time visitors to Osaka – we often stayed out until 11 PM for four nights without any worries. Although the room is small, it's quite spacious by Japanese standards, and very clean with good natural light and an airy feel. It felt much better than other three-star hotels we've stayed in. Of course, it's a bit pricier than hotels of a similar caliber, but we definitely felt it was worth it.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, less than 20 meters from Shinsaibashi shopping arcade and right next to W Osaka. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is highly professional. Many staff members speak Chinese, which is a big plus for travelers from China.
