Nice location, good breakfast. Convenient location, close to train station. In between the two main hubs within Osaka, would highly recommend.

Convenient location, clean rooms, but the mattress was uncomfortable and there was no water cooler on my floor.

This is a great hotel located close to all the attractions. Its also close to train stations that gets you to Osaka and Namba stations quickly. The hotel staff are all nice and very helpful. The everyday breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything else was fine, but they were supposed to clean the room every three days, and when I got back at night, it hadn't been cleaned at all, not even the trash was emptied. I checked out on the fourth day, and it really ruined my mood late at night ☹️

10.01.2026 Adalyn

It was a good experience. The breakfast is really nice and room is also good.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was quite new. For a single room, it felt spacious. The bed was just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep, which is so important when you're traveling. The location is also quiet, and you can even stroll to Osaka Castle and Nakanoshima. Getting to Shinsaibashi is also very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

Very good location, close to subway, close to many restaurants and stores. The room is a little small, but have everything you need. Also there's breakfast option with japanese breakfast

Good location, close to the subway station, easy check-in/checkout, special lockers to store luggage, the room was clean
