I stayed for 5 days 4 night, The receptioniat very helpful even I dont speak jappanese, they tried their best to speak english, they were sweet people. For breakfast its simple breakfast kind a homemade jappanese breakfast and I hope they put sign if its contain pork in the food. Overall nice place easy to commute and facility superb.

First off, the location is truly fantastic, very close and convenient to both Shinsaibashi and Honmachi stations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with mailing packages. They even helped me write the address! Really amazing. I'll definitely be staying here again at the end of the month.

Nothing special to say, just simply good hotel if you are going to Osaka for sightseeing. Good location and reasonable price makes this hotel as a really right choice.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The Japanese style buffet breakfast had a different variety of food each day and was delicious. Location of the hotel is close to several train stations and many different restaurants types. Bed was long enough for a tall person like myself (195 cm) but was very firm which is expected in Japanese hotel. If I visit Osaka again I would stay at this hotel.

This is a Japanese chain hotel, and the room was quite clean. The location is a bit awkward; walking or taking the subway to Dotonbori takes about the same amount of time, and it's not particularly close to the subway station. The room noise was quite severe. The first time, I was assigned to the top floor, and there was a constant buzzing noise throughout the day. After giving feedback to the front desk staff, they were very friendly and proactively offered to help me change rooms. After moving to the new room, they even asked for my feedback and enthusiastically helped me search for items I left behind in the old room. Unfortunately, the new room also had some noise, though it was less severe and more consistent than before, so I found it tolerable and didn't request another change. My biggest impression was how friendly and enthusiastic the staff were.

Excellent value for money! It's just a few steps away from Shinsaibashi. While the breakfast isn't overly extravagant, it's a typical Japanese breakfast with all the essentials, and it's certainly enough. The crucial thing is the warm and attentive service from every single staff member, which truly made me feel right at home. It's still the Osaka I've known for nearly thirty years. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit! P.S. Thanks for the nearby food recommendations.

This hotel is really great! It's super close to the subway station, and the ladies at the front desk are so warm and welcoming, with excellent English. The hotel cleanliness is also top-notch. It's a bit small, but that's pretty standard and acceptable for Japan, haha.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is 10 min walk from three metro stations, very convenient👍Osaka Castle and Shin-Osaka are not very far away as well
Room was clean and nice and even had an air humidifier (for winter, i guess), that's amazing :)
Breakfast is delisious, has many options (it's Japanese style, a bit unusual to european taste but i liked it anyway, onigiri are the best!)
Staff was really helpful and polite. Thank you very much! I would definitely stay again :)

I've stayed at this chain before in Saga and found their service to be excellent. While the rooms are small, the amenities are quite good, including a full set of toiletries. The breakfast spread is very generous. It's about an hour from the airport and a very short 15-minute walk to the nearest subway station. I also love that Shinsaibashi is just 15 minutes away, and you don't even need to take the subway – sometimes walking is faster than the train!
