I tried to use the parking lot, but the staff's attitude was terrible. They were quite angry with me. It made me feel awful, and I never want to go there again. What kind of training do they receive?

I used the hotel for the first time on Tuesday morning. Even though it was before noon, it seemed quite crowded.
Since my car keys were in my phone, I followed the parking staff's instructions and drove myself, but the parking lot was complicated and I couldn't park it myself. I had to ask the parking attendant to take over, and I was blown away by their driving skills. It's unusual, so I think it's a great service.
I chose this hotel because I wanted to use the sauna, and both the room and the sauna were incredibly clean and wonderful. It's rare to find a love hotel of this quality.
I would like to use it again.

This was my first time staying here, but the luxurious, clean room was wonderful!
There's a parking lot and staff on hand, so it's convenient to go by car!
The free food was delicious, and all the staff were very polite and helpful!
I'm very satisfied, even for the price!

I used it for a break this evening.
The parking staff and the man at the front desk were all very friendly, and the room was clean and perfect.
My girlfriend was happy and we had a great time.

The bath is large and the blow function works properly, the washing area and large shower are very comfortable, and there is also a sauna. There are two windows that allow air to pass through, making it comfortable for long, relaxing bathing.
The meal was only dessert, but it was so delicious that I was absorbed in it (laughs).
Valet service, front desk, and employees were both polite. The person who delivered the meal was even more energetic.
Originally, I wanted to go to a facility with an open-air bath, but unfortunately it was full and I chose this one, but I was very satisfied.

It was difficult to find the entrance, but the parking lot staff was polite.
The interior is very clean. The fountain at the entrance is also elaborate.

The location is a little far from the station, so it's perfect for incognito, and the room is pretty clean when you enter! The service is too bad for the remote control response of the normal TV!
