Awesome spot... super clean, tidy, and really spacious... there's a station just a 6-minute walk away and a convenience store right across the street... you can also find car hire places within walking distance... the organizers are super quick to respond and answer any questions.

I had a very poor experience at this hotel. There is no staff at the front desk reception, not a single staff in this entire place. Everything is self service including check in. Since there is no staff, they also don’t have a luggage forwarding service. Mind you, none of this was made clear during the booking process, I was under the impression that the hotel would have staff at the reception desk and I only found out the day before my check in date. Also because there are no front desk staff, it’s impossible to call, message or get in contact with them prior to your stay. Please be aware and do your research. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!! im sure there are better hotels with actual service. Additionally, they charge you a Y5,900 service fees. WHAT SERVICE?! theres no staff here to help you or clean your room!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

It’s a pretty big place with everything you need for a great price. Within 10 minute walks for all the major stations is really convenient. Love having the king size beds all to myself. Their bathroom has an entire bathtub is really all anyone can ask for.

I’m sharing my honest experience with this review! We four people stayed in this apartment for six nights, and it was fantastic. Our room was spotless, super nice, and had everything we needed. It had one living room with AC, two bedrooms each with AC, a kitchen, one toilet, and one bathroom. We even had a balcony, which was a bonus! The apartment management was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. We asked for an iron for our clothes, and they got it to us within minutes. Plus, they gave us some great tips about places that offer luggage transfer. The metro station is just a six-minute walk away, and Lawson’s store is right around the corner, super close. Overall, it’s a really nice location if you’re looking for a quiet place away from the crowds. The building has a main door that opens with a passcode for security, and there’s a vending machine in the lobby for drinks whenever you need them. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and for the price of six nights, it was a great deal. I highly recommend it and definitely plan to stay again next time! 👍🏽

It is a basic apartment with most things you need for a short stay. There is a rail line and a department store with groceries a few minutes walk away. There was no iron in the room but staff dropped off an ironing board after I messaged them through the booking.com app. Great service. The shower was awesome! Water pressure was strong and heated up quickly.
Cons - kitchen was missing some useful items like a colander and butter knives. The king bed was hard and the pillows too.

We stayed for a week and the location was good, except not many restaurants around. Cleanliness wasn’t good, used mask found in the room, stained rubbish bin and hairs in the bed. Strange way to get your room key as someone else has mentioned.

This place is very comfortable and clean. I was unable to return to my country during the COVID-19 and I am glad to find this apartment hotel, really nice.
