Can’t recommend, tiny rooms, crowded lobby, staff speaks very little English, not sure if our room was one of the worst ones, but had a terrible view. Thank god we had a quick stay to move to another hotel, it’s very cheap, which is the only reason I would recommend someone stay-in here.

Located around 5-10 minutes walk from Yodoyabashi Station, somewhat in the middle of the business district stands the Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka. Yodoyabashi station is a pretty convenient location, as it was minutes away from Osaka-Umeda Station as well as Shinsaibashi and Osaka-Namba station, which were all on the same line which made travelling around a breeze. The ambience and feel of the hotel was very inviting and comfortable.
We had booked the Hollywood Twin Room, and it was quite small, but I would rather describe it as cozy, though my only grouse was that the beds were too close to each other, and the lack of space for 2 huge luggages. I do love that although a bit on the small side, they still managed to fit in a nice Japanese bath to soak away the fatigue. Besides that, there was nothing much to complain about, as the beds were comfortable and not overly hard, and the staff were pretty warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a nice variety and were pretty delicious.
Overall, a fantastic choice and a definite contender when we next go back to Osaka.

The best hotel that I have stayed in Japan so far!!! The exterior of the hotel is so beautiful at night! The amenities are all so good!! Their shampoos, body wash everything is all DHC and all so so so good!!! Their sauna are so relaxing and comforting!! So good to sleep on their bed and it’s clean! Able to ask for free water as always! Did their calligraphy workshop and it’s so nice! The only downside is that you have to walk a bit to the train station which is about 9 minutes and their breakfast weren’t that amazing… it was just normal and a quite salty.. That’s all! Other than that, it’s a perfect hotel!!!! Just a bit costly, but you get what you paid!

The scent when you first arrived in the reception is so refreshing, feels very homey. Many free amenities provided so if you forgot to bring something, it will be provided. It was raining and hotel staffs loaned umbrella. They have Refa Hair curler and straightener which you need to take a card from amenity corner to exchange at reception. There is even a sauna but no tattoos allowed.

This hotel is strategically located near to train station which is Kitahama station and Yodoyabashi station. However, the hotel is not located at the tourist spot so the area is quiet at night. We booked a double room which the room is not spacious, however it still fit 1 medium luggage & 2 backpacks. The bed is comfortable & come with 4 pillows. However, the pillow could be too soft for old people. The hotel lobby has variety of amenities for guest used such as toothbrush, comb, bath powder, shower cap etc. During winter, hand warmer is provided for guest as well. Overall, we satisfied with the stay here.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. This hotel is one of my favourites. The vibes, the room, the atmosphere - I love everything about it.

The room is a good size and includes a bath/shower. Bed is comfortable and the room has a different range of lighting settings. The hotel provides a good range of toiletries you can use. The onsen is clean and relaxing. The hotel provide additional water, coffee/tea and towels each day of your stay.

The breakfast is a good range buffet style.

This is my second time staying during my trip. The staff are as helpful as always!

This time I had breakfast (a good mix of western and local) and was able to secure a room upgrade for a reasonable offer. Genuinely super impressed with this chain of hotels!

They are also super nice at allowing you to leave luggage for later collection.

The hotel was implementing an eco-friendly approach.
Our room didn't clean up the room every day. But, new bath towels, bottled water, and tea/coffee bags were provided every day. You could also request to make up your room.
The amenities were provided near the lift entrance, and you could take as needed. They also provided skin care, such as face oil cleaner, face wash, face lotion, and face cream. Amazing!
The cleanliness was a top-notch. The room was pretty small. It was a short walk from Yodoyabashi station.
