Sotetsu Fresa Inn Shinsaibashi

Level 2 is the best as it is situated with the washing machine and ice maker. Breakfast was wonderful as there about 20 over different items, and taste was good. Location is very convenient to the sub station if travelling via public transportation, just need to look for Crysta shopping basement which will lead to the basement train station. There are many convenience store and eateries around this hotel. Standard amenities (toothpaste, toothbrush, shaver, hair dryer, hair iron, tea bag, kettle, fridge etc) were provided as well.

The room was nice and clean, with plenty of space to open two suitcases.

The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Shinsaibashi, with a convenience store right next door. It's incredibly convenient for early morning shopping at places like Daimaru and Parco. The room was a bit smaller than what I had near Daimon Station in Tokyo, likely due to the higher property value in this area. However, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend the Osaka-style mixed juice – seriously, I drank it every single day!

A little tip for those planning to book:
Firstly, the location is super convenient. It's just about a 100-meter walk from Nagahoribashi Station Exit 5A. Right outside, you'll find convenience stores, Yoshinoya, and ramen shops, making dining incredibly easy.
The bustling Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and the iconic Glico Man sign are roughly a 600-meter walk away. It's a manageable distance – close enough to access but far enough to ensure a very quiet stay away from the main commercial hub.
Check-in and check-out are handled by self-service machines, complete with Chinese instructions, making the process incredibly smooth.
However, if you're tall, I'd recommend booking a slightly larger room, as the standard rooms are genuinely quite compact.
Aside from that, everything else was excellent, especially the impressive deodorization and soundproofing. These are features that many domestic hotels and budget hotels could certainly learn from.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was great during my stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, with nice touches like complimentary amenities and a comfortable bed.

located at a busy street, nearby 心斋桥，however the road is narrow. Provides many amenities for skin and hair use also purified water, so no water bottles will be given

having stayed at many hotels in Japan, this is the best value for money.

Near Train station and can walk to DOTONBORI a-lot of food around hotel. But the room and toilet so small :/
