Was pretty nervous for my first stay in a dorm but Takeshi and Yumi were fantastic hosts. They recommended lesser known places with beautiful autumnal sights and diving spots around Okinawa :) I appreciated the attention to hygiene and cleanliness, and it felt like an authentic experience in a Japanese home. The location was perfect; it’s in a local neighbourhood but is close enough to the main attractions. There’s also a convenience store and local supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Would absolutely return if I’m ever in Osaka!

Amazing hostel!! Rooms are clean, toilet and bathroom always clean, the area is very quiet, and Takashi and yumi were lovely and I felt at home immediately, the train station is very close and its not a long ride to the main area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse. The location was in a nice quiet area of town, but was close enough to the station. The bed was comfortable and everything was really clean. Takeshi & Yumi were super friendly, welcoming and lovely to converse with - they made this guesthouse feel like home! I would love to stay here again when I’m next visiting Osaka, and would recommend anyone else to stay!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay in Osaka if you’re after a more local feel to your trip. The guest house is located close to the main attractions yet is in a suburban, local neighbourhood. The train station is a 8-10 min walk away. Yumi and Takeshi are very welcoming and we spent a long time talking about Japanese culture and Scuba diving. The house is super clean. I stayed in a Japanese room which was very comfortable - I love the minimalist design. Next time I’m in Osaka, I’d definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful and peaceful place. Perfect for backpackers needing a place to stay the night. Everything you could need is available and the staff are lovely with good recommendations for what to do around Osaka and for that time of the year. I was recommended some tranquil places to see the sakura that were less known which was amazing. They both can somewhat speak English, conversations are very easy to get across. There is a convenience store and small supermarket within a 3 minute walk as well as a train station within 5. The area is not super close to central Osaka however a 15 minute train ride over two lines will get you to Osaka station. I had zero troubles and would highly recommend for a comfortable and easy stay over a few days.

The best guesthouse I've been to. The hosts are a lovely couple that will help make your trip in Japan amazing. Would recommend to anybody. Whenever I come back to Japan I will surely stay here.
