Had a great stay at Sarasa Dotonbori. The room was nice and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise, especially in such a busy area of Osaka. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The location is super convenient and close to Dotonbori, so it’s easy to walk around, shop, and try lots of great food nearby.

Overall a really comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Osaka.

Nothing fits in the room. There's not even a tiny space to put clothes. The rooms smell. When I checked in around 5 pm, I asked for two extra pillows. They said they would leave them in the room, but when I came back around 9 pm, I saw they hadn't. I asked again. They still didn't leave them. I waited an hour and asked again. I had to request it three times. The Wi-Fi is a separate disaster; it doesn't connect. Don't choose this ridiculous hotel.

This hotel has flaws that I cannot stand,
1. The room was unusually damp and our clothes were visibly damp the next day. 2. Disposable slippers are not provided, reusable slippers and disposable insoles in the room are uncomfortable to wear and make me worry about hygiene. I suggest you bring your own! 3. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, but cost 150 yen if needed.
The other plus is that the hotel rooms are relatively large in Japan. The hotel is very close to Dotonbori and is conveniently located in a busy area. Friendly staff, luggage storage in advance and after check-out.

Hotel staff was kind enough to store my luggage when I arrived early. When I returned they had already checked me in and taken my bags to my room. Greatly appreciated! Room and location was excellent. The breakfast was good, but a madhouse. Don't know if it makes a difference, but don't go at 9AM

The place is squeaky clean and new, which added to the coziness and comfort. There's also adequate facilities for laundry and etc. and the place close to the bustling Dotonbori street.

The staff are all friendly and the breakfast buffet was well worth it only a short walk to Namba with plenty of resteront close bye. But that's where the good stoped. The bathroom had a bad smell that didn't go away even after a couple of nights stay. The floors are wooden so everytime the guest on the floor above moved or pulled their seat out it could be heard, I was being kept up to after 1 am from the banging every night. Other guests had a bad habit of slamming their doors and talking loudly in the hall ways. Bring ear plugs if your planing a stay

Beautiful new hotel, just opened march 2019, nice clean rooms, nice shower and they give you lots of amenities with the room. The room itself is a little small if you're an American tourist, you may not be use to it because most of the hotel rooms in japan are this size, but the bed can fit two people comfortably. Just minutes walk away from dotonbori and multiple subway stations

Its so easy to get to shopping districts and staff are very friendly, we got there early and have the luggage stored when we checked in later in the day our luggages were in our room already. Great services..the only downside is it has a bit walking distance to subway station but its still not that bad.
