The apartment room unit is super tiny, inside didnt provide clothes cabinet for handing coats and jackets. Very inconvenient for winter traveller. Apartment location far away from the nearest metro station (about 10min by walk), and about 17min by walk to arrive Dotonbori Diamaru. The apartment building sourround by lots of tiny stalls & convenient shops running by mainland China people. Their goods blocking the narrow street, they attrack many Chinese travellers and they all speaking lourdly. I will not recommend this apartment at all. I would rather stay at the nearby Smile Hotel Premium Osaka Higashi Shinsaibashi which locates at the main street and higher CP.

Found a short curly thick hair in the new towel and quite a number of hair under the blanket on the supposedly clean bedsheets.

Overall cleanliness was decent, but I'd recommend cleaning the air conditioner as the vents were quite dusty. The unit comes equipped with a fridge and stovetop, making it great for cooking meals. This is perfect for family trips; we bought Wagyu beef from the supermarket to pan-fry and even cooked some ramen – delicious and great value! Check-in was seamless, and Wi-Fi and a washing machine were available. The location is very convenient. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are within walking distance, and the Nihonbashi and Nagahoribashi subway stations are also not far, about a 10-minute walk away. However, the soundproofing wasn't ideal; we could hear coughing and motorcycle noise at night. Despite these minor points, I was generally satisfied with my stay.

We booked a triple room. I'm not sure if Ctrip's dynamic pricing was unfair, but the 1000 RMB per night I paid was the highest I've seen recently; both before and after my stay, the rate was only around 500-600 RMB. The hotel also offered a 3-night consecutive stay package for about 1600 RMB, which would have been quite a good deal. Unfortunately, I might have booked too late and couldn't take advantage of it. Everything else was fine, but the room rate definitely didn't offer good value for money.

The room is quite spacious, about 20 square meters, and comes with a kitchen. The bathroom features separate toilet, sink, and shower facilities, and there's a washing machine. A small balcony is perfect for drying clothes. This makes it ideal for families, as you can cook your own meals with the provided tableware. A Tamade supermarket is conveniently located just 200 meters away, offering affordable groceries. The interior is quite modern. While it's a bit of a walk to the subway, Nihonbashi station is the closest.

Absolutely spotless! This apartment is generously sized for Japan and comes with excellent facilities. I'd definitely choose it again next time.

The room was great, much more spacious than typical Japanese hotels. It even has a dining area, and all my friends were very pleased. We would definitely choose to stay here again. My only wish is that it were a bit closer to the train station.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from Shinsaibashi. While the immediate area has mostly Chinese restaurants, for better dining options and a more vibrant nightlife, I'd suggest Namba.

The self check-in process is smooth; instructions are sent to your reservation email, which is very convenient.
