I really didn't expect a Sheraton to have such run-down rooms. I stayed on the 6th floor, and the room didn't have individually adjustable air conditioning; the heating only had three settings, and the room was stuffy with no ventilation, just an air purifier right next to the bed. The bathroom was old, and even the bidet spray nozzle was yellowish-brown. The wardrobe door was as worn out as pictured. The room wasn't spacious, and the carpet was incredibly old.
The only upside is the airport shuttle downstairs and the convenient subway station.
This is the most dilapidated hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The mention of renovation in 2025 in the description is extremely misleading. They should honestly state that some rooms are this run-down so guests can make an informed choice.

The room was quite spacious and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. The subway and airport bus stop right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get around to all the main shopping areas in Osaka. There's also a Kintetsu Department Store right by the station, and its basement supermarket and food section are fantastic – I found myself browsing there every day, and there were so many delicious things to try!

Booked for three nights, and the front desk staff quietly upgraded my room upon check-in, which was a nice surprise. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station and Kintetsu department store right downstairs. Plus, there's a shuttle bus to Kansai Airport for 1800 yen per person. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The room was quite small, and breakfast was just okay. The hotel has an 80s vibe. However, it's very convenient to get around, with everything you need for dining, shopping, and transportation close by. My only complaint is that they gave me a room at the very end of the hallway, so I had a long walk every time I went back to my room!

Hotel stay was truly sensational, especially experience with the New Year's buffet. The location proved to be so convenient for travels. Being close to the Kintetsu rail line and the metro would have made exploring the area a breeze. Hotel is conveniently located with a variety of nearby shops to explore; essential amenities like chemists, a popular variety store Daiso, and supermarkets such as Harves and Aeon within easy reach. Additionally, the accessibility of the airport shuttle bus is a significant advantage for any traveler.

The facilities are great, and the hygiene is well maintained and clean. The location is excellent, and the service is very professional.

This truly lives up to its reputation as an established five-star hotel. It embodies all the qualities of a five-star establishment, with staff who are highly service-oriented and professional. The front desk staff are particularly professional and have good English skills. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and during my 6-night stay, the cleaning was impeccable every day. The location is excellent; the airport limousine bus goes directly here, and there's also a bus to Tennoji from right outside the hotel, running every 15 minutes for 120 yen. The subway is directly accessible from the hotel's basement, just two stops to Namba and five to Umeda. Right next door is Kintetsu Department Store, which connects to an annex featuring Muji and Uniqlo, among others. The basement supermarket offers very reasonable prices. Across the street, Hihi Town boasts a variety of authentic local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
