HOTEL new HANKYU Osaka is located diagonally across from JR Osaka Station and directly connected to Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station and Osaka Metro (subway) Midosuji Line Umeda Station. It is conveniently located for business trips and other business use, as well as for sightseeing in Osaka city, Kobe, and Kyoto. Guests coming by Shinkansen should take the JR Kyoto Line or Osaka Metro (subway) Midosuji Line from JR Shin-Osaka Station. Airport limousine buses from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Osaka International Airport (ITM) depart and arrive in front of the south entrance of the hotel, making it very convenient for guests with heavy luggage. Stay at our hotel and enjoy Grand Front Osaka, Umeda Sky Building (Floating Garden Observatory), Abeno Harukas, and the streets of Osaka Kita and Minami (Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba, Tennoji). We would like to thank you for your patronage over the years and hope for your continued patronage until our closing date.

I’m travelling in early dec, that is only for heater…
which we have to request to the hotel to open up the window for cold air to flow in - which mean the temperature is uncontrollable, is whether u have to open up narrower or wider of the window to decide and most likely you can’t get a ideal temperature.
i do not recommend this stay and will not come back for myself.
best thing of the hotel is location , underground pass through all the subway lines and airport bus terminal just right beside.
Room bit small but clean
The check-in was fast and the staff were very polite.
The room was small for 2 pax but we have a city view, other than this it was quite worth the value though.
