Located just the at mouth of Higobashi metro station, a busy & big hotel. Reception area was relatively small but was efficiently managed by well trained & attentive staffs. Room was very tiny for two but every space was cleverly utilized. It had almost all needed amenities
& bed was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate & good though looked tiny too. We loved the food at their Artera restaurant but bit overpriced & noisy. Buffet breakfast was good. Self checkout machine was new & impressive technology for us.

Great location at low price. Rooms are small, but have every amenity, and are well maintained. Has a breakfast buffet restaurant and some sort of traditional sauna too. Staff is efficient, interaction is smooth, despite me speaking no Japanese, never had any awkward moment with them. Overall, I am happy, I was ready to trade the room space for the good price, and there is no downside to it. Location, location, location!

Personally, I was surprised to see the eco-friendly line on the bathtub! I thought it was a great example of environmental friendliness.

Besides the single room being really small(can't open my luggage unless on the bed) this hotel is amazing. Price, location(exit 3 from Higobashi station, literally right infront of it),room cleanliness, self check-in and checkout.

Location is kinda in a business district, but you are not that far away from the top locations, and I prefer the less crowded stations overall.

Do not stay here unless you enjoy elevator queues. The building has 30 floors, there are 32 small double rooms per floor, ok there are at least 3 floors for reception and restaurant etc but it's still a lot of people for 4 small lifts. On one occasion I waited nearly 30 mins for a lift! The stairs are locked so you can't avoid the queue even on the lower floors. Breakfast fast is on the second floor so the lifts are doubly busy when you need to checkout with your luggage. If you are late checking out they charge you 2000y per hour. Breakfast buffet has no fresh juices, almost no fresh fruit. The rooms are about half the size of APAs I've stayed at in Tokyo.

For a single person the room can be considered enough if not intend to stay many hours in the hotel, the location is ok very convenient that the Blue meteo line is exactly outside the main entrance but the rest are falling short. For me was the cheapest option for the last minute trip and didn't mind the accomodation too much, but still it fell crowded and small.

had to book a room last minute due to a previous hotel not being suitable and managed to book a hotel here very easily! it was very close to the metro and the room was very clean, although very small.

Good for a single traveler. The room is really narrow, so keep that in mind when bringing luggage. Everything was clean and well stocked. You can do laundry on the 2nd floor, but there are only 3 machines for the entire building (with a few more inside the bath area I believe). The hotel has a subway entrance directly outside and is close to several bus stops.
