Comfortable stay! Convenient to travel to Nara, Kobe, and Kyoto! Will come stay again! Stayed corner room.

If you want to change your towel, you’ll need to go to the reception and exchange your used towel for a new towel.

The rooms and floors have been renovated, and they are indeed much cleaner and tidier. However, the downside is that none of the doors have locks; instead, you get a wooden sign to hang on the doorknob. This can lead to people accidentally trying to open the wrong door. It's a hassle having to lock my luggage every day or send it downstairs for storage. The wardrobes and desks in the room have been removed. While I can manage without a wardrobe, not having a desk is really inconvenient. The air conditioning in the hallway on my floor wasn't turned on, even though it was below zero degrees. Each room only had a small heater, which was very loud and noisy, making it impossible to keep on all night.

Almost every time I stay on the women-only floor, there are men staying on it, and this time, someone even tried to open the wrong door. I was also asked to pay an extra 500 yen for the specific room I requested at the front desk, which has never happened before. Overall, my experience this time was pretty mediocre.

I also have to complain about the Wi-Fi; it only works in the lobby. I've never been able to connect to it in my room.

I was a bit worried when I first arrived, being a capsule hotel, about it being messy, unsafe, or noisy. Turns out I was overthinking it. The Japanese guests in the capsules are incredibly quiet; it's in their nature not to disturb others. The floors are separated by gender, which made it all the more puzzling when a Chinese woman checked into the male-exclusive floor and made calls loudly in the middle of the night – quite embarrassing, honestly. The hotel's location is fantastic; the subway entrance is right outside to the right, super convenient. Even though it's right next to the station, the noise is perfectly acceptable. Plus, there's a public bath on the hotel's rooftop, which is a great value for money.

Conveniebtly located as it's close to a train station, convenience shops, and shopping areas.

The hotel is in a very convenient location next to Nankai line-Shin Imamiya station and about 130 m.walk to JR Shin Imamiya station and Midosuji line subway -Doubutsuen-mae thus you can travel to either the north or south from Osaka city very easily. On top of that there is plenty of food, cheap to local-price, near the hotel, including the Tama-de local supermarket that sells its food and goods quite cheap. Though the hotel is quite old it's undergoing renovation currently on the lower floors. Now there is WiFi for you to use inside your room. If you knows Osaka pretty well and just need a reasonable-price room to stay for a long period then this hotel can fit your needs

This hotel is the best location, just besides the Shin-imamiya station, I can walk from the West exit gate to the Hotel within 2 minutes. The room is clean and good, the toilet is also very clean. The hotel staff are also good manner and well supportive.

It was the worst stay in my life. For starters, there was no heater, the hostel was cold AF! I asked if they could put on the heat On and they gave me an extra sheet cause there is no heat in the whole place except for the reception. How in the world can a hostel not have heat in winter !!! The bed was awfully hard to sleep, it is not a mattress that's in the bed but just a tiny little camping mattress, it is hard AH!!! And finally, it says a 3 hole connector in the wall but it's only 2. I won't come here again

The location is good. Just beside the Train station. There is no bathroom attached to the room.

I just saw this hotel on social media and booked it right away, knowing it’s near the subway station and close to Osaka Tower, Don Quijote, Shinsekai, and more. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, and it also has its own private toilet.

Checked in yesterday. The place is clean and okay. However, since they are doing renovations in the building, there is no heater, so it gets very cold. Fortunately, blankets are already provided, so there’s no need to ask for another one. The cold is manageable because the blanket is thick.
