Primarily a lovely cafe, with accommodation almost as an afterthought. Cafe staff are super friendly and professional. Front desk staff are sweet but clearly not used to hotel work (a little clumsy with check-in, etc.). The building is old, but very well cleaned and maintained. Quirky but pleasant.

Disappointed with the hotel; booked 2 rooms for 4 person; we informed customer service that 3 person need to check out early morning flight; and whether they can prepare breakfast which was provided as take out.
What a joke; they say only two person can enjoy the take out as another room still have one person not check out yet.

Good option for coeliacs, it’s not easy to find gluten free options in Japan, particularly for breakfast, and the avocado toast was really good. The room was a decent size and had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Osaka, we had a double room with a private bathroom, there’s a 7-11 a few doors down and the subway just a few more. The Onsen was small but nice after a day of walking.

We were on the 7th floor and the room was on central AC. The room was hot with 5 people in it and made it difficult to sleep well. The onsen was a nice feature and the only place to shower. Also a nice coffee shop on the first floor.

Booked at morning box from Thursday to Sunday (3 nights)(40’000 yen).
The hotel is mediocre, some rooms don’t have showers, they let you shower in the public baths but ONLY during opening hours.. (6:30-10:00 / 16:00-02:00) so if you wanna sleep in and shower later than 10am it’s not possible, same if you go out until late and wanna shower in the night.. they don’t warn you about that when you book or at check-in.
Staff is generally friendly but reception really should have a better English speaker for guest comfort.
My room was pretty small with lumps of dust here and there. Breakfast options are not great.
The baths are still a nice amenity, sauna is cool (only for men though) even if the screws stick out of the wood and burn you. The water faucet to rince the sauna mats were out of order, to avoid pimples I had to rince from the shower area.
I travel quite a bit and was disappointed from this hotel, would not really recommend. Feels like a wanna be fancy but too many details don’t live up to expectations. Location is great!

Great location and easy access to Osaka metro. You can choose to walk to Shinsaibashi. Clean room and this hotel actually has a hot bath at level 10 🥰

The hotel's interior design and decor are excellent, and the staff are very hospitable. However, the location leaves much to be desired – it's right next to a busy road. Proper soundproofing should be a basic requirement for any hotel, but the windows seem too thin. Late at night, the constant noise from motorcycles and cars outside made it feel like sleeping on the street. Light sleepers should think twice before booking here – at the very least, avoid rooms facing the road.

I really love the place. It is close to Dontonbori, shopping area and restaurants. The place is clean and the staff are so beautiful and friendly. They were quite helpful and so nice. The hotel have their own cafe so the food and drinks taste wonderful.

Booked the compact single and realised the only shower option is the PUBLIC BATHH!!! I thought there will be cubicle shower rooms like typical hostels but nope and i ended up wasting my stay there and used the room for belonging keeping. I rebook somewhere else with private shower place. But that aside, the hotel is centrally located and the vibes were nice, there's free drinks everyday from 4 - 11pm. I would return to the hotel next time but with a better room selection.
