First of all, there's no swimming pool here. (As mentioned on Agoda) I guess they're referring to the hot water bath? Anyway the location is excellent and everything is very clean. There's also a nice lounge/kitchen area. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the biggest problem is the capsules are packed tight together and there's very little ventilation. So it's stuffy and hot at night, and the customers can be noisy. Also the 6th floor has 2 public baths (like sento) but women are given access to the larger and nicer bath most of the time. Overall it's ok for 1 night.

Clean and convenient, close to train station

Very nice! I've already recommended it to my friends. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Osaka.

The hotel has a great location, and I’ve stayed here twice. It’s comfortable and offers a public bath and sauna. However, possibly because it’s close to a shopping center, some guests return late with large shopping bags and can be quite noisy. The rooms are large and often shared by many people, so this is something to keep in mind. During my stay, a few guests were rustling plastic bags and chatting in their rooms even around midnight, despite the hotel clearly stating its quiet-hour policy.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the facilities are quite new. It has a large public bath and a sauna. There's also a lounge area on the second floor of the lobby. Exiting the hotel and turning left, the Namba subway station (exit 25) is just 100 meters away, making it very convenient for getting around.

First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was a great experience! The location is super convenient, really close to Namba Station. The hygiene and overall environment were good. On the 5th floor, you can enjoy a bath and sauna. Plus, there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

Absolutely impressed. The sleeping pods were very spacious and even had a television, power sockets and a mirror and soundproofing! 5 common toilets per level and they were super clean and odourless, with bidets and basically everything you need. Wish there could be more of these around!!

Even though it's a capsule hotel, the room has a ventilation system, so the air feels fresh, and it's clean and tidy. The surrounding area is very convenient for getting around, with both subway and bus access, making it easy to go shopping and enjoy good food.

Very clean and felt very safe here. In a perfect location to explore Osaka. The pod was quite comfortable. Nice amenities as well.

Had a really comfortable experience this time! You leave your shoes on the first floor and take your key up to the second floor for check-in. The front desk staff spoke English, and check-in was quick with my ID. All the amenities were complete, the bed was very comfortable, the space was large and not stuffy, and both the bathroom and washroom were exceptionally clean. The hotel is super close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a convenience store and various restaurants downstairs. It was great! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka!
