The hotel located nearby both local trains and subway stations. The staff are polite and friendly. My room windows can see the train rails and Mega Don Quijote.

very lucky that they allow me to check in early (7am) with no extra charge. room is ok for a single stay (single room with shower and toilet). with tv, toiletries and fridge but no kettle. free coffee in the morning. straightly no guest visit in the room. main gate closed at 2am till 5am. can use room card to enter. English speaking staff.

The location wise it was very good, the amenities very plenty. Only thing that bothered me was at night there were bit noisy caused by passing by cars. Overall good👍

If you’re sensitive to noise, this hotel is not for you. I’ve already been counting the days until check-out — it’s way too loud, trains pass right outside the window. I knew about it, but I didn’t think it would be this unbearably noisy.

Room is decent sized. Location is alright. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again in future. Has all the basic amenities expected.

Good location within walking distance of 2 subway stations including Shin-Imamiya which is a stop for Nankai line from Kansai airport. As it's located within the district of Nishinari, front door is locked from a certain time from 11pm for safety consideration and accessible with room card. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Make up of room is only available on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday which you have to inform the front desk before 9am on the day itself. On daily basis, towel change can be made at the front desk. Hotel offers the use of a common kitchen with microwave, hot water and thermal hotpot. Daily complementary coffee is served from 5-11am.

The hotel is in a good location right next to a busy shopping area with many restaurants. It’s probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was really damp (including the bed) when I entered. The air conditioning smelled really bad when turned on. The bed was really uncomfortable. Despite being on the 9th floor, the noise from the street is quite loud as I could hear sirens and cars both nights. The shampoo and shower gel come in packets which are inconvenient and difficult to open while wet. The hallway and elevator outside the room are stifling hot. I would not recommend staying here.

Right above Dobutsuen-Mae Station, 5-10mins walk from Shin-Imamiya Station. The hotel was right beside Tennoji Zoo, there was a big Don Quijote nearby, and there was multiple Family Marts nearby. Location is very good.

Amenities like shampoo, soap, conditioner were in small packets in the lobby, could take it for yourself.
There was also face wash, cleanser and more available.

There was a young, female receptionist who was very very good at speaking english. Explained everything to me and spoke very clearly.

Noise of the train nearby might be a bit loud for some people, I found it tolerable.

The place is near the train station, restaurants, shops and convinent stores. The check in was smooth. You have to get supplies in the first floor. Coffee was also available downstairs. The room is just enough to accommodate 1-2 persons. Overall, its an okay choice for the price.
