Excellent hotel, great value for money. You get a private room for hostel prices. It's conveniently located right next to Shin-Imamiya Station, making it quick and easy to get to Kyoto or the airport. Since I stayed two nights, I've copied this review from my other booking.

I often stay at the Sunplaza next door, but this was my first time at this one. It's only about 100 meters away, right in between the east and west exits of Shin-Imamiya station, so the location is excellent. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk who was incredibly friendly and gave very detailed explanations. The room and layout are typical Sunplaza style, with a TV, fridge, and air conditioning all included.

This hotel has a great environment and is very affordable. The rooms are clean and tidy, which is excellent for budget travelers, haha. It's also a good option for those familiar with Osaka.

Cleanliness: But very clean.
Environment: Can't really speak of an "environment," but it's incredibly convenient.
Service: Minimal service, everything is self-service.

Cheap, and efficient. It was very much worth the price for me since price was similar to a hostel but here I had my own teeny tiny room with just a japanese mattress, AC, fridge and little table. Would recommend.

The room was fine, just extremely small. They didn't clean it once during my three-day stay. The location is super convenient, right next to a subway station, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. Everything else you'd expect was there.
