Quite surprised towel is not free. ExchNge one time is 330 yen. Little money just feel why not put in the room price in the first place. Location is OK oNly . And when u put hot water on the bathtub ready to enjoy ,you need to closed the bathroom door as if not the high temperature will trigger the fire alarm . Never experienced this before . Up to your risk if u want to book. Is a bit More than airbnb as u just check in and everything you on your own .Don even have housekeeping as is chargeable

I'll definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is really convenient, with a convenience store right downstairs. Shinsaibashi is just a few minutes' walk, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right across the street. Highly recommend!

The surroundings are filled with entertainment venues, and motorcycles and cars are racing up and down the street all night at the intersection, making it impossible to sleep. There's also a constant stream of ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars.

It's pretty good. It's super close to Shinsaibashi, just one street away, which is really convenient. The subway station is handy too. Downstairs there's a 24-hour ramen shop, and Don Quijote is also very nearby. Perfect!

The Japanese here are comically disorganized. The hotel sign was only in Katakana, with no Kanji or English. Despite being someone who can usually communicate freely in both English and Japanese, I ended up circling the building three times, totally lost. I even asked a Vietnamese girl for directions, and she sent me the wrong way! Dragging my suitcase, completely drenched, it finally dawned on me: that Katakana was just a phonetic transliteration of an English name. That's how I eventually found it. Remember this: the hotel sign says 'アズーガデンホテル'. Don't make the same mistake I did looking for a 'Garden Hotel' and crying in Osaka's Nipponbashi district. The room itself was decent, but it's right by the street, and the biker gangs were absolutely blasting noise all night. It was so loud!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's a 3-minute walk from Nihonbashi, and right across the street, there's an airport limousine bus stop (near HEYTEA). It's also very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping.

While the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean.

It's small but has everything you need.

Having stayed at many Japanese hotels, the room size here is a fantastic value—you can easily open two suitcases.

The hotel's shampoo and body wash aren't great; they're not as good as the POLA products found in other hotels. I recommend bringing your own.

The room was significantly larger than what you'd typically find in Korea. Its location is excellent and easy to spot, right on the main street. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which is incredibly convenient. The only downside is that being roadside, it can get a little noisy at times.

Please be careful!!!
There is a charge for the towel and amenities set for which the information note given by the hotel didn’t mention before👎👎👎Photo as attached for evidence🙌🙌🙌

And the attitude of the staff was so tough. He kept saying it was wrong about free items👎👎👎

In fact, for the first time, it was free when I ask for the towel and amenities set, however not the same case in the next day…

Really disappointed…Not about money but the hotel lied and didn’t even take the responsibility of giving wrong information🙄🙄🙄
