Hotel Sun Plaza 2 in Osaka

Great hotel for the price. Excellent free drink bar and a great public bath. Very clean and comfortable.

All is well except limited kitchen accessories to make food No knife and spoon is available !! Remaining staff is Polite and Coffee machine is awesome!

Cheap and amazing! their share bathrooms have amazing all of the amenities. Love the grand bath! The bed is extreme soft comfy! Also just located next to the subway!

I had a pleasant stay at Sunplaza Hotel Osaka. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended!

Comfortable hotel in great location with friendly staff. Every floor has a separate toilet and sink for men and women, while the showers are located on the first floor. All got cleaned regularly. Throughout my stay, the room had a very weird smell which came back when closing the window and turning on the AC and the room felt pretty moist. Apart from that, good place for solo travelers that want a bit of privacy.

You get a very small room dimly lit. I’m a big guy so I felt like it was what it must be like in prison. You sleep on a pad on the floor. I knew when I booked it was going to be out of my comfort zone but it was not the end of the world. The showers were clean with good hot water. The bathroom was also clean so no problems there. Location was good.

I would say this is a very decent hotel to rent in a cheap price. Good service, and good location which is very near the train station.

Hotel Sunplaza II is very close to the metro station and easy to find. There were nothing complex in check-in and check-out process as well. I made a last-minute reservation via trip.com and only futon bed rooms were there. The room was small, perfect for a backpacker like me, with a mini fridge, and a tv. Air-conditioned, clean wooden floor, and no foul smell or nothing was observed during my stay there. Sheets were clean and looked new. I recieved a toothbrush, mini-toothpaste tube, small towel, packet of tissues with a japanese ice-candy at the front desk after checking in. There was a shared bathroom at the first floor near the front desk and it was clean and everything was supplied. You can find free hot/ice beverages and water in the pantry in the first floor.
