I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room for one was small but the price for it was fair. The staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of healthy (and mostly Asian) choices. It would have been nice if the eating area was bigger as it got quite crowded at times during breakfast when everyone from a tour group ate at the same time. The free soft drinks available all day was a nice bonus. Location was convenient - close to a metro station and there was a bus loop just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel at which there is a bus that will take you directly to Disneyland and DisneySea. There is also a limousine bus from Narita airport that will drop you off at that metro station that is close to the hotel.

I booked this hotel to be closer to the Disney parks. The hotel was extremely affordable, clean, and close to the station and many restaurants/shops.

Rooms were a bit small, but very comfortable, the food in the morning is a bit limited but if you like rice, you'll be fine. Close to a subway, so you won't be struggling to get around.

Great value. Simple, cheap, easy. The rooms themselves are a step up from what you’d normally get at the price. They have a drink corner in the lobby akin to what you’d see at a family restaurant. I saw a baby cockroach in the lobby, so I deducted a star and am glad I didn’t get breakfast.

This is a terrible hotel. When we checked in on the first day, the blankets and bed sheets had hair left by the previous guest, the carpet was dirty with small trash on it, and the table was covered in dust. Only foreign tourists would choose to stay here; Japanese people with cleanliness standards would probably never stay here. The only advantage is its convenience for going to Disney. Next time I travel to Japan, I will definitely not consider staying here again. >"

Perfect stay in Il Fiore Kasai. Staff was nice, room was new and clean. With an amazing sound and light proof! The location is very convenient if you have to stay in Edogawa area.

Great location. I’d give it more stars if it were a higher class hotel but it has all the basics. You get what you pay for. Nice and clean.

Nice hotel with fast wifi with good transportation access through the metro station and bus hub. Lots of neighborhood supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are also accessible within a few-minute walk.
The 10AM checkout is earlier than what I'm accustomed to, but they are able to hold luggage for no fee.
All electrical outlets in the room and the common area are two-prong, so some may require an adapter.

A little far for the main attractions but next to the train, metro and bus station. Nice rooms. Complimentary coffee, tea and flavoured water. Restaurants and shops around.
