Well located close to Nishi-Kasai subway station. A short walk through an arcade & you are there.
Designated smokers area at rear entrance to hotel.
Staff friendly & efficient, good English speaking skills.
Early luggage drop off available.
Plenty of food options, small variety stores & 7/11 nearby.
Quiet rooms (at least on the top floor)
Self serve coin laundromat - cheapest of any hotel in Japan during this trip, however only 2 washing machines & dryers you need to pick the right time.
You can open the window.

Dislikes
Only basic bathroom supplies provided, extra can be obtained from reception.
You only receive 1 complimentary bottle of water after leaving a positive review.
Fridge is too small.
Cigarette smell in the room.
Small room - not enough floor space to open the suitcase.

Highly offensive - a welcome screen on the room tv offering Muslim prayer sets & showcasing Muslim travel guides & Muslim friendly information.... Muslims are a minority in Japan & I am a Christian so this has no relevance to me. A guide suggesting cheap meals & easy women would've been more appropriate.

The location is convenient for transportation. The room facilities are very new. The front desk service is also good.

I paid for my stay directly at the hotel reception. However, the Trip.com website also charged me a deposit for this booking.

At the hotel reception, I was told that this deposit would be refunded to me after I checked out. Unfortunately, I still have not received my refund.

As a result, it currently looks like I paid twice for the same room, which is very disappointing and unfair. I would also like clarification on another point.

For some reason, I was told not to contact the hotel directly regarding this issue. I do not understand why I am not allowed to communicate with the hotel about my own reservation and payment situation.

This makes the situation even more confusing for me. I am simply trying to understand where my money is and why the refund has not been processed yet.

Why am I being asked not to contact the hotel directly? Is there something I am not being told, or something I may have misunderstood?

I just want transparency and a clear explanation of what is happening with my payment and when exactly I will receive my refund.

I would really like to resolve this situation and receive my money back. I was planning to leave a positive review, but unfortunately I cannot do that until the refund I was promised is completed.

Nice room and they also have free shutter bus to Disney Sea and Disney Land

The room isn't very spacious, just about enough for three people. The Disneyland shuttle bus is extremely convenient. It's close to the tram station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service. After checking out, you can store your luggage and continue enjoying Disneyland, but you can't take the hotel bus back to pick up your luggage; you'll need to take public transport (bus then tram) back yourself.

Everything was as expected for the price in this budget Japanese hotel. The only issue to raise is that the bathroom had a weird funky smell to it that never went away.

Convenient as it is close to the metro.
The hotel is located near residential areas which provides a local experience when exploring the vicinity of the hotel.
The staffs were friendly and helpful with enquiries.
I will come back to stay again in the future.
