Booked online, check-in was a breeze. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. It's really close to the Ariake Central Building, which was super convenient for visiting clients.

I've booked this hotel multiple times for trade shows, and its location is unbeatable; I honestly think it's the most convenient hotel around. The breakfast is great too, with my favorites like natto and raw eggs. The price isn't cheap, but you might get a better deal if you book early. This time, there was a bit of a hassle checking in with my Trip.com reservation, and I needed staff assistance to get it sorted.

Very comfortable, great location! There's a dedicated shuttle to Disney, and it's very close to Odaiba. It was a very pleasant trip! If I come back, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The tap water in the bathroom was drinkable.

I extended my stay for an extra night and moved from a twin room to a king room. The room size felt similar, but because the king-size bed takes up less space than two twin beds, there was more room to open my suitcase.

This is a pretty good chain hotel in Japan. I didn't realize before staying that they offer a free shuttle bus to Disney, and there's a timetable provided. You can also book a paid shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the return bus from Disney is relatively early. Just a heads up, there are very few pharmacies nearby.

Small rooms are a 'feature' of Japanese hotels, but compared to Hokkaido, hotels in Tokyo, despite being small, are better designed and cleaner than those outside of Sapporo and Otaru. However, the biggest issue with this particular hotel is that the room's air conditioning is very old.

The hotel is clean and close to two subway stations. There's also a convenience store inside the hotel. They provide a very generous amount of amenities, even facial masks, and all the facial cleansers and skincare products you could need.

There’s an airport bus stop to both Haneda and Narita airports right outside the hotel. It’s also 5 mins walk to R lines or U lines. I think it’s very convenient. However, the rooms were a bit old and may require renovation, and the layout was not efficient with a lot of useless space.

For a hotel in Japan, this one was quite decent. It's conveniently located near a subway exit, and there's a yakitori restaurant right next door. A big plus was that one of the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication very smooth. Overall, the environment and facilities were pretty good.

This hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to Disney, making daily trips to the park very easy. They also provide luggage storage. It's a spacious hotel, and having a Lawson convenience store right on-site is a fantastic bonus!
