Sotetsu Grand Fresa-Bay Ariake Hotel

A really good budget hotel! Definitely worth the visit!

1st time here. Work in the hotel industry. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are really good for a 3 star. Breakfast was great. Has it's own little supermarket "brilliant !"

It was nice stay with reasonable price tag with all facilities, easy transportation and nice view from Hotel room.

Great hotel for the value. Large rooms which is good for a family outing.

Not too bad for what is on offer. As with most hotels, there is a convenience shop either close by or within the premises. The rooms are considered spacious compared to some other hotels within the same tier and all the amenities are available. The air con is a common complain and I do see why. There seems to be erratic temperature fluctuations even though there is a thermostat. Dun expect the same level of control compared to your blower at home.

The toilets are adequately sized though again the temperature control seems to be a little off leaving you wondering half the time if the heater is on since there are no heater switches anywhere within the room. But when the water is hot, it is more than adequate.

The pillows and bed is quite alright and slightly better than most hotels within the tier. The working desk just like every hotel is full of advert flyers and standees, I swept them up and hide them to create more space.

Clean rooms, front desk staff helpful and convenient location with good neighbor shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Need to book reservations for the shuttle bus. They are very prompt, on time both going to Disney and returning to hotel. Morning breakfast buffet is great to start off the day. Ice machine available next to vending machine on each floor, mini fridge in room.
