We checked in late after midnight and had to use the self-check-in process since there was no reception. The staff was very helpful and guided us through the process via a video call, which was very easy to follow. The room itself is cute and comes with a large projector screen and all the necessary amenities. The location is also great, with a Family Mart just a one-minute walk away. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

No early check in. Check in is at 3pm but i came at 2:30pm. I understand that 3pm is a hard check in time, but I was really sick that day and traveling alone. They wouldn’t make an exception and on top of that there’s absolutely NO LOBBY to rest in. How does a 3-star hotel not have a resting area for guests. The website says they need have check in at 3pm due to cleaning, but my room was already clean. I know this because I was sitting right in front of my room on the first floor the whole time and not one person came in or out in the time I was waiting so in fact I could have been in my room earlier.
Also, I paid 60,000 extra yen to do a late checkout at 12pm. However at 10am, service came knocking and opened my door without waiting for me at all. They came to ask me to check out. I’m alone and a woman and DO NOT appreciate two men coming into my room unannounced. Also, if I’m paying for late check out then obviously it’s not okay for someone to barge into my room before my check out.

Very small (which is fine) but insanly dirty (there was actually still a condom package covered in dust under the bed and dust everywhere) also no real human at the desk to help you, instead the '24 h support' is a tablet with a teams chat which you can Video call and someone on the other side of the planet will answer to check you in.

We stayed here for the rescheduled and delayed flight. The place was unexpectedly comfortable and cozy. Its services are awesome and high-tech.

Stay here for one night because we landed quite late at Haneda. Easy access by train, just about 15-20 minutes from Haneda (including walk to and from station). Check in was smooth, we had a quick video call with the staff/reception to confirm our reservation. The room has everything we need with small couch and coffee table. Private toilet and bathroom is all we need after a long flight — hot water works well and good water pressure too! The bed is a bit smaller than queen size bed, yet that’s not an issue cos it’s so clean & I could say they use good quality of bedding and sheets.

It was a pleasant one night stay. Good value for what you get. Having a projector instead of a TV is a nice touch. The size of the room is okay but the hallways and the elevators were just tiny. Location-wise there are places to eat around the neighbourhood. I personally liked being away from the busy cities and just taking a night stroll around the area.

Good place for a quick one night stay if you need to be at Haneda for an early or arriving on a late flight. Rooms are standard Japanese local hotels but they are clean and well maintained. Can be value for the price paid.

good for overnight stay before flight as it is very close to airport & offers reasonable rate. I like the projector in the room. check in & check out is done remotely via provided iPad

First of all, if you don't pre-register, you won't know how to open the entrance (password), so it's better to pre-register.
The room is small! However, it is a small stylish feeling, and considering the price, it is a good character.
Even if the cigarette fell behind the trash can, well, okay.
There is no bathtub, but the shower room is larger than expected and is separate from the toilet, so it's much better if you think about the toilet bath.
Equipped with refrigerator, microwave and kettle.
WiFi is also strong.
I would like to ask you again if there is an opportunity.
