The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The decor and service are also great. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room is quite spacious for Japanese standards. It has plenty of power outlets and a kettle that also functions as a humidifier. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided every night. The hotel offers mail and parcel services. There are two convenience stores nearby, FamilyMart and Lawson. It's very close to Shibuya, which is super convenient.

The hotel was located in a great area in Shibuya. The railway station was near. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It was just a 15- 20 min walk to harujuku. Great value for your money.

Excellent location. A few minutes away from Shibuya Station & Parco. Staff there are very friendly and helpful as well. Fairly neat and charming room interiors. Essential amenities all provided. Would definitely come back again next time I visit Shibuya.

The room itself is really good, but the biggest issue with this place is its location. It's quite a hike uphill from the subway, which is absolutely exhausting when you're lugging luggage 🆘. It's such a steep incline that every time I went back, I felt like I'd climbed a small mountain 😂. Other than that, there are no other complaints.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO CARRY LUGGAGE UPSTAIRS.

Before my trip, I read comments mentioning that you have to carry your luggage upstairs, which concerned me.
However, after exploring the nearby area during my stay, I discovered that's not true!
There's a pedestrian crossing beneath the highway that many people overlook.

After exiting the railway station via elevator number 31, head east, and you'll find the underpass pedestrian crossing (it's opposite the FamilyMart). I highly recommend using this route for check-in and check-out. The slope is a bit longer this way, but you won't need to lug heavy luggage upstairs.

Speaking of the slope, I was worried about it beforehand too. But it's not steep, and there's a shopping mall connected to the railway station (the Shibuya Hikarie), so you don't have to start climbing from ground level.

Now, onto the downsides of this hotel.
1. The room is dark. It looks stylish in photos, but it's so dim that organizing your luggage becomes difficult and inconvenient.
2. Location-wise, it's completely subjective and depends on your itinerary, it may not be as convenient as you expect.
Yes, it's near Shibuya Station, but on the east side. Most popular spots in Shibuya aren't right by the station; they're to the north. If you're staying in Shibuya because you plan to visit those areas MULTIPLE TIMES, I suggest checking the walking distances carefully. You might be better off choosing a hotel closer to your key destinations.
I picked this hotel because it offered the cheapest single room option (excluding capsule hotel). If you're not a solo traveler like me, though, I don't think the price is that competitive when calculated per person.

That said, if you're just looking for any decent hotel near a major JR station, this one is fine.

Though the room is small, it has everything you need. This is my second time staying here, and it's super convenient for getting anywhere. There's a breakfast spot just a few steps from the entrance, so you can eat well before heading out to explore and start your day right.

I stayed on the 7th floor. The room was compact but very well-designed, featuring a clean, carpeted floor and an all-in-one bathroom unit. Complimentary coffee was available at the front desk in the mornings, and tea bags were provided in the room. Basic toiletries (like a dental kit and bath products) were stocked in the room, while additional amenities such as wet wipes, hair ties, and bath sponges could be picked up from the front desk – all of good quality. The front desk operates 24/7. The location is incredibly convenient!

The place is near Shibuya Crossing. The staff are very welcoming. Room is okay. Only downside is that you might do slight hiking to reach the place - might be challenging when you have luggages with you. But overall, its a good place.
