The location are convenient, the opposite of hotel are family mart. All good assess to all spot

I stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert. The check-in process felt a bit unclear, and the staff weren't very enthusiastic. However, the location is quite good.

The room had a slight odor, and the bathroom had a bit of a smell, but the location was absolutely perfect.

The location of the hotel is great; it’s close to the metro and train station, as well as several bus stations . The hotel itself and the rooms are however a bit outdated. Staff is friendly, amenities are minimal, and no bottle(s) of water, nor any coffee/tea is provided, unless a member of the chain.

Fantastic location. Clean small rooms but perfect size for single and adequate for sleeping. Just across is Family Mart and one block behind Ginza Six shopping mall. Walking distance to Shinbashi & Ginza subway stations.

An older hotel with a good location. The entrance is quite small, so you'll need to pay attention to the map the first time you go. Even though it's small, it's very clean and not noisy.

Excellent hotel is a really good location and not too far from Ginza station. Nice room, the best shower I’ve ever had, strong and powerful. Only let down was the horrible breakfast. Would recommend and stay again!

The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel; there's barely any space once two people's luggage is open. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right in Ginza, perfect for shopping! There's a 24-hour Don Quijote just a five-minute walk away, and we even had to queue to pay past midnight. There are also plenty of great food options around Higashi-Ginza, and the convenience store downstairs is very well-stocked.

Room was decently clean. Hotel is what you would expect for ibis hotels. Room booked was larger than typical hotel room and bathroom was spacious.
