All the rooms smell heavily of cigarette smoke, even though some are supposed to be non-smoking. You can smell it every time housekeeping opens or cleans a room — it’s strong, stale, and suffocating.
The situation became even more unbearable during my stay. I wasn’t able to sleep the entire night because I genuinely felt an unexplainable presence in the room — something disturbing enough to make me extremely anxious and uncomfortable. Several times, I felt as if something was tugging at my blanket, and I could not rest peacefully.
I immediately requested to change rooms, explaining that I have asthma and was feeling unwell from both the cigarette odor and the extreme discomfort. However, the staff — particularly the Indian/Pakistani front desk personnel — were completely inconsiderate. They refused to change my room, ignored my health concerns, and showed no sense of empathy or responsibility for guest safety and well-being.
I even told them directly: “Will you be responsible if something happens to me because of my asthma?” — yet they still did nothing. It felt as if they were willing to let a guest suffer or even die inside the room rather than extend basic courtesy or compassion.
This hotel is not safe, not clean, and not guest-friendly. The environment is stressful, unhygienic, and spiritually disturbing.
For your own safety, comfort, and peace of mind, do not check in here. There are far better and safer hotels around Akihabara that respect their guests and maintain proper cleanliness.
Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
The inside of the room is also clean, and it's calming for mysophobia. Thank you ~.
There is a washing machine with a dryer on the 2nd floor, so I didn't have any trouble washing.
There are many washing machines, so there was no waiting for washing!
Also, since it is close to Yodobashi Camera, there are various dinners if you go to Yodobashi Camera, so if you get lost for dinner, please go because it is close to Yodobashi.
Also, there was Yamato Takkyubin next to the hotel, so it was convenient to send it to my house immediately after shopping in Akihabara!
It was good that the toilet, bed and bath were stylish in the room!
The best thing about the bath is that the drainage ditch has a structure that never clogs the hair, the slope is slanted, and the drainage is good. I thought it was a bath that I was particular about! It's only a shower, but I'm glad that the huge shower was fashionable ☆
It may feel a little far from Akihabara to the hotel, so if you are heading to the hotel for the first time, it will be easier to understand if you head to the hotel from Yodobashi Camera! I think you can wear it immediately without getting lost.
I'm not sure because I only stayed at a few hotels in Akihabara, but I like this hotel because it's clean, so I stay here every time.
When I went to the latter half of November, I felt like I wouldn't change the towels unless I told the employees about the measures against corona, so it was a pain! Other hotels just changed the towels without saying anything, so I think it's better to do it! I think there are a lot of shy people like me who can't say what they think, so if you want to increase the number of customers, you should imitate other hotels ✳︎
Also, it is very good that there is a shower room and it is not a unit bath, and the time and price are very good, so I use it for remote work several times for day use.
However, it is a terrible room where you can not connect to the Internet with Wi-Fi and you can not use the telephone to the front desk only in the room where you were guided, so I think that you would normally guide to another room, but you can not do it.
I was guided to another room with Wi-Fi, but it was very inconvenient because I couldn't use the function to share the screen of my smartphone on the TV.
I went there because I wanted to work, but I couldn't connect to the internet, so I was in a lot of trouble. .. .. .. It was too troublesome to have to go to the lobby one by one because I couldn't connect to the front desk.
I couldn't figure out why he wouldn't do it when he changed the room ...
Also, I was a little worried about how cleaning was done because the crispy contact lenses had fallen on the floor. When I stepped on it, it was crisp and the worst ...
Bath towels and pajamas should be fluffy and well-maintained.
However, since it was a one-time cleaning due to corona measures during my one-week stay, would it be okay if I had a one-week discount plan? I thought.
All the staff were very friendly, and the coffee, which was all-you-can-drink for guests only, was properly drawn from beans and enjoyed every day.
If there are not so many guests (October 2021), it was good for me to be able to work slowly even in the cafe space on the first floor.
It will probably be more lively when the tourists come back, so before that you might come to stay for coffee or work in a calm cafe space.
[Comprehensive evaluation] Star ★ 3.5
Suitable for the price. However, the fact that you can brew coffee for free at the cafe is not very satisfying and you are very satisfied.
[Plan] Change from day use to accommodation. Use from 11:30 to 10:00 the next morning.
[Price] 2 people 1 room 6500 yen (1 person 3250 yen)
(Day use 2750 yen + additional accommodation 500 yen)
[Time] September 2021
★ You can get free coffee at the cafe.
★ The room design is compact. The futon-style mattress can be settled down a little.
★ Sunny.
★ Rain shower. The first person may be fun.
● It is ideal for young children in their 20s to stay cheaply and fashionably with couples and friends. Not suitable for consecutive nights.
● There are no toiletries for lotion or milky lotion, so please prepare them. By the way, there is no bathtub. Shampoo etc. is POLA.
I'm sorry!
・ The harmful effects of renovated properties that cannot be completely hidden in fashion.
The walls are really too thin (sorry only for hotels with a good concept). The sound of the corridor and the sound of the next room echo. There is a step around the water place.
・ Walk quietly from Akihabara.
It was a hotel where you could study and perform at such a low price. thank you very much!
