I had a good stay overall and found everything to be in order. The only downside was that the room was somewhat small, and there was no noticeable size difference between the double and single rooms. Other than that, everything was fine.

check in was great experience despite being busy at that point in time. used the washing maching for JPY500 for 2-hour wash and dry. very nicely located for food and transport. airconditioning could be better.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and they even provide face masks and bath salts. It's super close to shopping, just 200 meters from Don Quijote, Parco, and Montbell. Haneda Airport Terminal 3 is only half an hour away, and Okachimachi Station on the Yamanote Line is also just 200 meters from the hotel, making it very convenient to get here from Karuizawa via Ueno. The National Museum of Western Art in Ueno Park is a straightforward 800-meter walk. Plus, there are some great restaurants right next to Montbell! All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel's location!

Good location, easy check in, helpful staff. Sink drain in my room was a bit smelly but otherwise no issues.

First trip to Japan Tokyo. Nice staff and the room is clean. Have some amenities for you to collect at reception.

Nice place to stay with friendly staffs. Good location, not far from Keisei-Ueno, closely metro station and the heart of dining.. A little bit small room but minimal & convenient.

Really good hotel! The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was super clean, smelled fresh, and everything was perfectly prepared. The whole place feels refreshing, peaceful, and well maintained.
The location is very convenient — it’s easy to get to the train station and just a short walk to popular shopping areas. There are plenty of food options around, so you can always find something delicious to eat at any time of the day.
Housekeeping did an excellent job; my room was always tidy and spotless. All the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I felt completely relaxed and happy during my stay.

Traveling from the hotel to various places is very convenient. It is connected to the Ginza Line and JR Yamanote Line, near Uniqlo, and GU. It is also not far from Keisei Skyliner. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. You can leave your luggage for free before check-in time. The staff can communicate in English. Hot and cold water flows strongly. The room is clean but very narrow as usual in Japan. Personally, I think the room is quiet. I did not hear any noise from the next room even though the room was fully booked at that time. We stayed on the 4th floor and were very impressed.

Convenient location (about 200m to Yamanote line Okachimachi Station). Very clean. Complimentary amenities include pyjamas, bath salt, toiletries, different types of teas. Has laundry facility (complete with remote monitoring from room!). Proximity to many choices of restaurant including Halal dining options. Definitely value for money. Definitely top on the list for value-for-money hotel option in Tokyo.

The location is excellent, with a subway station just a few steps downstairs. It's also not far from Keisei Ueno Station, and Ueno Park is nearby. Across the street are Matsuzakaya Department Store and Parco City. Now, about the hotel itself. The main entrance is a bit hidden, and the front desk is on the second floor. When I checked in that day, I met a male staff member from Sichuan and Chongqing, which made communication very easy and the check-in process smooth. The room is similar to typical budget hotels – small but well-equipped, with everything you need. The cleaning staff tidied the room daily. I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. If I stay in Ueno again, I'll definitely choose this place.
