All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you for the male staff who served at the breakfast session, always with a big genki morning smile everyday.
The welcome drinks were nice! Room was extremely clean and I had everything I needed. Thanks for the cleaning staff too!
Will definitely book again for my next visit to Tokyo in the future.
The biggest miss is that the hotel staff does not assist with luggage forwarding. I had to go to the Lawsons 10 minutes away to get my luggage forwarded.
I think the size of the room is just right for a solo traveler, and being able to choose your own pillows and daily necessities is also very considerate. And at this price, breakfast is included which is really ideal.
The room is quite small, and there is no place to put your feet after opening the suitcase.
The breakfast is quite delicious, but it ends early. If you go a little later, many things may be gone.
