Nice, cosy and clean room. Location wise just right beside Mejiro station. Lots of convenience stores around the hotel that makes it so convenient. The sudden snowing makes the trip a more fruitful one. Highly recommended for this hotel.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The room was perfectly fine, even though the carpet was a bit old. The room was very clean, and the bed linens were spotless. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. I'd likely choose to stay here again next time.

One of the better hotels we have stayed in in Japan, it’s bigger than most hotels in Japan. Toilet is also spacious which we appreciated! Staffs were also particularly friendly and helpful, and housekeeping is efficient and clean. Bed is extremely comfortable too. As for location wise, it’s literally beside Mejiro station and it’s also on the Yamanote line which is very convenient when you travel to the central area - Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku. It’s quieter than staying at the main areas as well as Ikebukuro. The only thing lacking is nice restaurants and food and we find ourselves travelling to Ikebukuro and the central areas for food. Overall, a great experience for the price!

My friend and I, both graduate students on holiday, spent a lot of time researching online to avoid common pitfalls mentioned in other reviews. We finally chose this hotel in Tokyo, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The self-check-in was straightforward, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, meeting all our requests made in the booking notes. A complimentary bottle of water was provided daily.

The hotel is ideally located with a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart on either side of the street. To the left, there are several bakeries and coffee shops. To the right, you'll find prestigious schools (from elementary to university), a police station, and a fire station, indicating a very safe and well-established neighborhood. The area was very quiet at night, and subway access with easy transfers was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The room was fantastic, and its location right next to the subway makes transportation incredibly convenient. Highly recommended! The self check-in process was a breeze, and rooms are cleaned daily. It's significantly better than typical business hotels. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. Plus, 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores are all very close by.

The room was a decent size, with ample space for luggage and shopping. There's a Starbucks right downstairs. The subway station is just a short walk away, making the location very convenient. It was kept very clean.

The location is fantastic. However, the breakfast selection was very limited – pretty much just Starbucks. While the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and well-maintained, and offered a nice city street view.

The location is incredibly convenient – just a right turn right after exiting Mejiro subway station! This is a huge plus for anyone traveling with large luggage, as it's so easy to access.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. They offer self-check-in and self-check-out, which makes things very efficient. Downstairs in the lobby, you can help yourself to any toiletries you might need, and it’s a nice touch that they provide small sachets of bath salts. Every morning, bottled water is delivered, and bath towels are replaced. (We brought our own disposable bed sheets and toilet seat covers, which is just a personal preference.) One evening, we returned to find a thoughtful note at our door from the hotel, explaining that they noticed our personal belongings and therefore didn't service the bed. We really appreciated this consideration.

As for cleanliness, there's absolutely nothing to complain about – Japanese hotels are consistently spotless.

The room is 17 square meters. We were able to fully open a 28-inch suitcase near the entrance and even a 30-inch suitcase in the aisle, which was surprisingly good for the size. There was also a handy fill light on the desk. While it might feel a bit snug for two people, Japanese hotels are generally compact, so we had no issues with the size.
