Good location, great views from the hotel room, and facilities/amenities were great! Not forgot to mention the happy hour welcome drinks and also can choose your pillow for your own comfort.

The room was tiny but incredibly clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair there! 😂 It was a godsend after a long day of sightseeing, providing a much-needed massage. The staff were very responsible and professional. Since I only stayed one night, I didn't get to explore other amenities.

Following the navigation, I exited at the nearest subway station, and the hotel was directly across the road diagonally. Don't keep walking further away like I did; I went all the way around before I finally found the main entrance.

The twin room was the same size as a single room, which was expected and perfectly fine. The location is indeed convenient, and the natural hot spring is a definite bonus. However, there are two points I'd like to share:

1. The breakfast is mainly Japanese, with new dishes every day, which we loved. But on the first day, there were sliced oranges, and for the next two days, it was canned fruit. Western options were very limited.

The website mentioned that breakfast could be added upon arrival, but to my surprise, the front desk said there wasn't enough space and we couldn't add it. Eventually, they agreed to let us add breakfast for two days at 7 AM, which was quite early. On our last day, we had to request to add it again. Actually, from 7-8 AM, there were only 3-5 guests, and I noticed there were over 20 seats available.

So, if you plan to have breakfast at the hotel, it's best to request it as soon as you check in. If you don't mind waking up early, you can ask for the earliest dining slot (7 AM).

2. The hotel only provides one bottle of water per room per day, regardless of the number of guests. This was the first time I've encountered this. On the afternoon of check-in, we were told there was no water and it would be placed outside our door after 10 AM the next day. The next day, only one bottle was provided. On the third day, by 10 AM (note that check-out is at 10 AM, and you'll be charged if you're late), we had already checked out and never saw any water. Just something to keep in mind!

Very cozy and clean hotel stay, near Akihabara JR station so it is very convenient to travel around. Even has an onsen on site and free drinks in the evenings.

This is a great hotel, very close to Akihabara subway station. The lobby is on the second floor where you can have breakfast and there are free drinks. All the staff are very polite and always greet you with a smile. The room is quite small; if you're traveling alone, a double bed room is fine, but if two of you choose a double bed, the moving space will be very limited. The room temperature was very low, and I woke up freezing the first night. Hopefully, that improves. The bathroom is a typical Japanese style.

Hotel is located very conveniently and close to everything. Rooms are clean and the free bar with balcony and view on the canal is nice. Public Onsen is very small but clean and great for winter. There is only 1 elevator so it takes time to go up and down.

The location is good. 5 mins walk from train station. But the facility is old. Onsen is very small. Not worth to book if the room price is high.

It's quite a distance from the station and you have to carry your luggage up and down quite a bit. The breakfast could use some improvement, but everything else was great! Fantastic overall!

Facilities: All the essentials are there, and there's enough luggage space for a solo traveler.
Cleanliness: Overall very clean, though the slippers weren't disposable, which was a minor inconvenience.
Environment: There's an onsen (hot spring bath) which is really relaxing. The location is also great; it's very convenient to walk to Akihabara. It's a bit of a distance from the JR station, but very close to the subway!
Service: Excellent. They offer Chinese-speaking service, and all sorts of amenities are available for self-service at the front desk. Being able to choose a pillow of the right height was also a nice touch. They even provide free bath salts, so bathing in the room feels like having a private hot spring back home, haha.
