Reviews
The large room and the great view makes up for it
And most importantly, one of the girls at the front desk speaks very poor English. I arrived at the hotel around 6:00 AM, and she told me I could check in by paying 4400 yen, but after waiting two hours, I found out it was actually 4400 yuan, and I could check in at 12:00. I can speak English, but the front desk staff don't; we basically communicated using a mobile phone translator. Then I sat in the lobby for six hours. Check-in wasn't allowed even a minute early; it had to be at 12:00 PM. After about seven or eight minutes of check-in, I finally got my room key and went upstairs at 12:07 or 12:08 PM. In short, the Japanese staff at this hotel were extremely discriminatory towards Chinese people. Chinese people should be very careful at this hotel. I've stayed in many hotels around the world and have never experienced anything like this before. It was utterly undignified and caused me immense psychological trauma. A man in the room told me to get up and leave, but he refused, using almost abusive language and a lot of insults. Two nights cost nearly 2000 RMB, and this kind of discrimination is infuriating. They didn't even use duvet covers; they used two blankets. The suitcases were too small to open properly. And the windows couldn't be opened; the room reeked of a toilet, that damp, sewer smell. I could tolerate all of that. What I found most unbearable was that male staff member stayed in my room and used a lot of insulting language. If they really wanted me to check out, they have female staff members. I don't know why they don't allow female staff to work. They clearly knew I was a single woman staying in a hotel, yet they insisted on sending a male staff member into my room to make me get up, speaking to me in a commanding tone, and ordering me to get up and pay a fine. I haven't experienced discrimination in Western countries, but I have in Japan.
We had a room with a beautiful view of the city.
I recommend it!
Large bath 18th floor is included. Semi-natural Komyoishi hot spring, large bath [Tenku no Yu] It is rich in more than 10 types of water-soluble mineral ingredients. It is also equipped with a jacuzzi and sauna, so you can spend a wonderful time with the magnificent view of Tokyo.
But You have to change two elevators to reach the bath from Your room.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the bath, but I did use the bath attached to the room, and it was nice.
