We had a pleasant stay! The rooms and lobby are spacious and luxurious. The hotel is well kept and cleaned regularly. A highlight is the onsen, with a nice hot tub, cold tub, and sauna. The service is only 4/5 because the employees had a little trouble with English however they did their best to make us feel at home. The hotel is close to the train station and some nice restaurants. Would recommend!

Finding the lobby when arriving for first time is difficult and annoying, the route is thru a small hall with a tiny sign which leads to the elevtors but that sign is easily missable

The large room and the great view makes up for it

I stayed at this hotel before taking a jet ship to the Izu Islands. The main bath was excellent, and the breakfast was so good I wished I could take some of the dishes with me for lunch and dinner. The only downside was that the A/C couldn't be adjusted from the room, which made it a bit warm at the end of June.

There is a big bathtub and you can see the sunrise in Tokyo Bay, especially on the seaside. The room is small but there is a big TV and excellent Wi-Fi. I am satisfied. I could eat rice too...

Avoid this hotel at all costs! I checked in alone. Check-out was supposed to be at 11:00 AM, but I didn't set an alarm and overslept. A male staff member entered my room alone at 11:00 AM, using extremely discriminatory language, telling me to get up and check out. I wasn't dressed at the time and asked him to leave, saying I would get ready to check out immediately. He immediately replied "no," and when I said "I know," he said "not know." He kept talking in my room, telling me to get up, get up, and that I had to finish packing within an hour, then he wanted me to go to the front desk to pay a ¥2000 fine. He also said many undignified things and refused to leave. I'm now severely traumatized. I contacted Ctrip to ask them to apologize, but they refused to apologize or respond. They actually entered my room at 11:00 AM, lying that they entered at 11:30 AM. Because I didn't check out by 10:50 AM, and he entered my room precisely at 11:00 AM and didn't leave. They themselves must have felt something was wrong, so when we questioned them, they wouldn't admit they came at 11:00, saying they knocked on the door at 11:30. But I have my taxi records on my phone; I got in the car at 11:50 and was all packed by around 11:40. So, if they really came into my room at 11:30 to wake me up, I couldn't have packed everything in just over ten minutes. I kept asking Ctrip to show them the security footage, but they wouldn't show it—they're really cowardly. It's extremely discriminatory towards Chinese people.

And most importantly, one of the girls at the front desk speaks very poor English. I arrived at the hotel around 6:00 AM, and she told me I could check in by paying 4400 yen, but after waiting two hours, I found out it was actually 4400 yuan, and I could check in at 12:00. I can speak English, but the front desk staff don't; we basically communicated using a mobile phone translator. Then I sat in the lobby for six hours. Check-in wasn't allowed even a minute early; it had to be at 12:00 PM. After about seven or eight minutes of check-in, I finally got my room key and went upstairs at 12:07 or 12:08 PM. In short, the Japanese staff at this hotel were extremely discriminatory towards Chinese people. Chinese people should be very careful at this hotel. I've stayed in many hotels around the world and have never experienced anything like this before. It was utterly undignified and caused me immense psychological trauma. A man in the room told me to get up and leave, but he refused, using almost abusive language and a lot of insults. Two nights cost nearly 2000 RMB, and this kind of discrimination is infuriating. They didn't even use duvet covers; they used two blankets. The suitcases were too small to open properly. And the windows couldn't be opened; the room reeked of a toilet, that damp, sewer smell. I could tolerate all of that. What I found most unbearable was that male staff member stayed in my room and used a lot of insulting language. If they really wanted me to check out, they have female staff members. I don't know why they don't allow female staff to work. They clearly knew I was a single woman staying in a hotel, yet they insisted on sending a male staff member into my room to make me get up, speaking to me in a commanding tone, and ordering me to get up and pay a fine. I haven't experienced discrimination in Western countries, but I have in Japan.

The hotel is very well located and the services are truly top-notch!
We had a room with a beautiful view of the city.
I recommend it!

The first visit I got a double room that was according to the order but a return visit was given a room that was not what I paid for, namely a cramped single room. the cs team gave the reason for misplacing and could not provide a solution. I was disappointed because I brought 3 suitcases and had difficulty opening the suitcase because of the cramped room. It is unfortunate, if I return to Japan I am reluctant to book a hotel here.

The sea view room at 9th floor. The room is modern version of ryokan, with tatami floor. Bigger than elses places we stayed, but still no closet. Nice and calm atmosphere.
Large bath 18th floor is included. Semi-natural Komyoishi hot spring, large bath [Tenku no Yu] It is rich in more than 10 types of water-soluble mineral ingredients. It is also equipped with a jacuzzi and sauna, so you can spend a wonderful time with the magnificent view of Tokyo.
But You have to change two elevators to reach the bath from Your room.

The room was like a Japanese-style room, and I stayed overnight because an event was being held at another venue.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the bath, but I did use the bath attached to the room, and it was nice.

The room has a view of Tokyo Tower. Separation of wet and dry areas. Large space. You can see the Tokyo Skytree downstairs, and it is very convenient to take a boat tour. Several boats are boarded downstairs. Transportation is also convenient, and the Seagull U Line is right at the door. There is a supermarket across the street downstairs. It is very quiet. The hotel also provides hot springs, and the staff has a good service attitude. Next time, try the Japanese-style room
