Exquisite location, great amenities and facilities.
There were some spots regarding cleanliness, but all-in-all, for tourists like us, a hotel room is a place to recharge after a hard day.
By the way, the bed is amazing!

Is so spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, there are plenty of big windows so you can see the nice night views, the room is so clear it gives a clean view of everything, and the massage chair is so convenient, my cousin fell asleep on it! The metro is next to it and it has a lift so is convenient when coming up with luggages! Would love to come back

Cleanliness: Very clean, super satisfied.
Facilities: The room is small, but it has everything you need.
Service: Self-service check-in/out.
Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the Hibiya Line exit, and you can walk to Minami Aoyama and Shibuya.

For a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, the value for money is pretty good; you can enjoy the tower view to your heart's content. The location is also excellent, very close to both Midtown and Roppongi Hills. The only minor issue I noticed is that the elevators always stop on the fourth floor. With four elevators in total, perhaps this could be optimized to be more guest-friendly.

The hotel is located in the vibrant Roppongi area, close to Tokyo Tower and near Don Quijote (Donki). The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel also offers beautiful views of the city.
There is a bar and a yakiniku restaurant located within the hotel building, which makes dining very convenient.
The hotel staff provide excellent service and are very welcoming. Please note that the check-in lobby is located on the 4th floor. The rooms are highly secure, as access to each floor requires a key card, which makes the stay feel very safe and comfortable.

Direct view of Tokyo Tower! It's right above the Roppongi commercial district, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are convenience stores nearby, the elevators are comfortable for a high-rise, and the subway station is very accessible!

The location is absolutely unbeatable, right across from Midtown, which is great for older folks – I really enjoyed it. My daughter, however, didn't find much to buy. People often mention the hygiene isn't great, but during my 4-day stay, I actually found it to be quite good. My room was cleaned every day, so overall, I was satisfied.

Location is great but the staff helped me check in not polite. I ran into another Chinese guest and she said that guy was rude to her too in last check in. Air conditioners control was tricky and difficult to turn on heat

Booked a room with a Tokyo Tower view. They offer luggage storage, which is convenient. The location is great, but as always, the room is quite small.
