The hotel location is quite far from train stations. There are some attractions near the hotel, e.g. Tokyo Dome, Koishikawa garden.
There is no cloth hanging in the bathroom. The bathroom seems not that clean.
Although it is near the train rails, it is quiet.

I chose this hotel specifically to visit the Conan exhibition at Tokyo Dome. The first room I was given had a strange odor, and when I reported it to the staff, they immediately followed up and moved me to a different room, which was excellent. The room itself was well-designed, and despite being close to an elevated highway, it wasn't particularly noisy. The staff were very friendly. The hotel also has a cafe with pretty good food, definitely worth trying.

I stayed here with my friend for our 7-day stay in Tokyo. The location (close to Suidobashi or Iidabashi station) was very connected to all the places we wanted to visit in Tokyo. Near the hotel, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and even a karaoke bar we visited several times as it was so fun. But it is pretty peaceful and quiet at night next to the hotel despite the different establishments around.

The staff were friendly, and especially accommodating when I told them I lost the keycard when I got back to the hotel.

In our room, we really appreciated the loft-style layout as it gave us much more space to store our luggage. The shower pressure was strong and comfortable, they also provided a ReFa shower head, which probably improves hair and skin quality :)

The Location (Excellent):
The hotel’s location is a definite 10/10. Situated right next to Tokyo Dome City, it offers fantastic convenience with plenty of standard department stores, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that isn’t overcrowded, yet incredibly easy to access via nearby train stations and convenience stores.

The Stay Experience:
* Design vs. Reality: While the hotel is relatively new and the color-blocking design is striking in photos, the actual room feel is quite standard and more "minimal" than the promotional images might suggest.
* Amenities: It is important to note that the rooms do not include a bathtub or a dedicated air purifier, which are amenities I typically look for in modern Japanese hotels.
* Maintenance Note: I noticed that the internal air conditioning unit could benefit from a deeper cleaning to meet a higher hygiene standard.

Service Policy:
In line with many new eco-conscious hotels in Japan, they do not provide daily full room cleaning. While this aligns with sustainability trends, it’s something guests should be prepared for if they prefer traditional daily service.

Final Verdict:
A solid choice for those prioritizing a quiet, strategic location and a modern vibe. However, if you are looking for a more "Absolute" luxury experience with high-end air quality and full amenities, you might want to weigh these factors before booking.

I like the loft style of the room and spacious enough for 3 people.

The reason we stayed in this hotel because of the interior of this hotel. Each floor have is own colour. The room is just fit. Our room have a loft bed and the space under have a table and sofa.
