The staff were incredibly kind. At one point I couldn’t close my window, and they immediately came to help with such patience and friendliness. Later that same day I even managed to lose my key card, (embarrassing), but the staff were so understanding and sympathetic.
And the bed ... I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The mattress and bedding were incredibly comfortable. I’m still trying to figure out what the secret is so I can recreate it at home.
Overall, a wonderful stay..! amazing value for the price. I would absolutely stay at APA again.

Great place to stay. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. A++

Although the rooms are extremely small (11 square meters), you have enough space to shower and sleep.
The bed is big enough for two people (not lux but enough) and comfortable.
Cleanliness is on point and you can sleep incredibly peacefully.

Hotel rooms are really small, you can barely move. We felt like the people working here were less welcoming than other places. But at the end of the day, it doesn‘t matter, if you are in Japan, because all you wanna do is being outside and discover places and see all these beautiful places.

- No wardrobe, no safe. Location away from all the sights, it’s not touristic ginza it’s ginza with offices, there are nothing to do

The rooms are very small but clean. Cleaning every three days. Towels and bathrobes are changed daily if necessary. The view from the window is on the wall of the neighboring building - It's a beautiful sight. If you need late check-out - there will be an additional charge. This was the first time I was faced with an additional charge for late check-out.

The bed was very big and comfortable. People were very polite, smiling, and professional. It was very good for one night. The price was not really expensive for the quality.

For the price is okay and clean but very small rooms. Double room is not really double. Hard for two people to move around at the same time. Helpful staff. Wi-Fi available.

The staff couldn't even book us a taxi. First experience for me, especially when 4 staff were trying. I called the taxi company myself and booked one using broken Japanese. Go to another hotel, it's worth paying a little extra money.
