This hotel exceeded expectations. It is small. It is very convenient for Tokyo Stations. There is a large shopping centre nars and shops nearby. It is close to Kyobashi underground statiin. The staff are wonderful. very helpful and courteous. The rooms are small but have everything you need. beds are firm but comfortable. We were moving around japan but coming back to this hotel for the last night so we could store one of our cases at the hotel FOC while we travelled. I would hight recommend this hotel.

Room is clean but small. Hotel is about 5 minutes walk to Tokyo station.

10 minutes walk from JR Tokyo station. Narita airport bus is right beside the JR station. Room is bright and clean. Air-condition works well and it doesn't blow over my head. Free coffee is unexpected good 👍👍

Convenient location. We took Shinkansen in a bit early morning by 5 min walk to station. Corn soup and beef dice in breakfast was nice.

The location is decent, but the room was extremely small and uncomfortable.
It was difficult to even open a suitcase.
Cleanliness was below standard, as there was hair on the blanket.
The window was fake, with no natural light or ventilation.
The bathroom was also uncomfortably small.
I also found out on check-in day that the price was about 35% cheaper than what I paid, making the stay poor value for money.

I think this hotel has a really good location, and being close to Tokyo Station is really a big plus!

The location is great, just about 300 meters from Tokyo Station. For shopping, there's the Daimaru department store at Tokyo Station and plenty of dining options nearby. Nihonbashi Takashimaya is also close, about 500 meters away. A bit further, around 900 meters, you'll find Mitsukoshi Isetan. The toiletries provided are by Pola. The highlight of breakfast was the freshly grilled steak (served in small pieces) and cooked salmon. They also offer free luggage storage. The downsides are that the room is quite small, there's no free Wi-Fi, and no complimentary bottled water. I used my phone's data in the room, but the signal was pretty weak.
