The room is clean, service at the counter attentive and helpful. The heater (air conditioner) has a bit noise, but acceptable. The breakfast is perfect, has a lot of options and delicious. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

Conveniently located near Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations, making it easy to access both Haneda and Narita airports. It's also very close to Tokyo Tower, with convenience stores and drugstores nearby. Shiba Park and Tokyo Station are also within easy reach.

The transportation is excellent, and you can see Tokyo Tower on your way to dinner. The hotel staff were also very good.

The front desk staff was very patient, the breakfast tasted good, and the room was relatively clean. Although small, it had all the necessary facilities.

The location is excellent. I took the Keisei Access train directly from the airport to Daimon Station, and it was easy to manage my luggage. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The breakfast was pretty good; the curry rice is apparently a specialty and tasted great. The room was clean enough, but it was incredibly small – we couldn't even open two suitcases. The hotel's location was decent, a bit of a walk from the subway station, but an acceptable distance.

No hairdryer in the room, and no bottled water provided. There were no non-smoking rooms available, and the elevator reeked of stale cigarette smoke – it was disgusting. Walking into the room, it also felt like a heavily smoked-in space, which I just couldn't understand. The room looked worn down, similar to those old, rundown hourly hotels you'd find next to train stations in China a long, long time ago. It's comparable to a hotel that would cost around 150 RMB in China.

The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open a 28-inch suitcase. It's clean, tidy, and has a very modern decor. The front desk staff were friendly, and we were able to store our luggage for free both before check-in and on the day of departure. It's close to Daimon Station, making transportation very convenient, and it's also very near the Tokyo Tower. Overall, it was a great stay.

The location is excellent, not far from three different train stations and also close to Tokyo Tower, which is quite convenient for tourists. The hotel's decor shows its age a bit, but the service and cleanliness are still very good.
