Tokyo, Maihama 1-8 (15 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Pretty old building with standard rooms. Location is convenient just 2-3 minutes walk from bayside station
Fantastic hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Was an absolutely fantastic experience and right across the street from the bayside Disney monorail stop (5 min walk)
The stay was great. Reception was really nice. Big room and it’s clean. We enjoyed the stay a lot
This is our 2nd time stay at Okura within 7 months and we truly enjoy our stay here both times. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The quality and variety of food selection were great too. Keep up the good work.
stayed 3 nights for Disney. location is great just that the rooms looked a little dated.
I was there with my family, party of 5. I booked two rooms. The hotel is super well located, if you want to go to Disney. Right in front of the train station, and the shuttle service is also well organized. Breakfast has a lot of different thing to choose from. The rooms are a little bit old, no so dramatic, but is not quite modern. I would be staying there again.

Tokyo, Minato-ku Daiba 2-6-1 (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Room was excellent. Breakfast as well. Location wise, you are on a smaller subway line which is very close, but you will need more time getting to Tokyo proper area. Subway is closer to HND but further away from NRT with multiple transitions required, so safer to use the limo bus(~20/pp) which comes to the hotel if possible as number of times for departure is reduced vs subway. Otherwise arrange for...
I had a wonderful three-night stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Odaiba. The hotel's prime location offered spectacular views of Tokyo Bay, creating a serene atmosphere. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. Staff were courteous and attentive, consistently going the extra mile to assist. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a diverse and tasty selection. Grand Nikko Tokyo Odaiba...
Very pleasant stay. Provided lots of bath amenities. Near 3 shopping centre. All walkable with 5-10 mins. Lots of children activities at the 3 malls. Beside mrt but not noisy at all. Very pretty views at night
We loved our stay at Grand Nikko Odaiba. We had a free room upgrade, wch made things better! Thank you so much for everything!
Like a hotel very much, very comfortable beds , pillows, nespresso capsules, variety of tea, super nice breakfast buffet , also a traditional Japanese and European, lots of fruits. A view at the rainbow gate and Statue of Liberty is fascinating (22F) . Mall Diver-City is 5 min walk. Monorail is coming every 5 min, 15 min and you’re on Shimbashi station, also an airport limousine bus departs straight...
Very spacious hotel, not just the rooms. But also the hotel lobby, car park and gym. It even has an art gallery. Staff has good English. They are helpful and sincere. Worth to stay again next time.

Booked online, check-in was a breeze. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. It's really close to the Ariake Central Building, which was super convenient for visiting clients.
I've booked this hotel multiple times for trade shows, and its location is unbeatable; I honestly think it's the most convenient hotel around. The breakfast is great too, with my favorites like natto and raw eggs. The price isn't cheap, but you might get a better deal if you book early. This time, there was a bit of a hassle checking in with my Trip.com reservation, and I needed staff assistance to...
Very comfortable, great location! There's a dedicated shuttle to Disney, and it's very close to Odaiba. It was a very pleasant trip! If I come back, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The tap water in the bathroom was drinkable. I extended my stay for an extra night and moved from a twin room to a king room. The room size felt similar, but because the king-size bed takes up less space than two twin beds, there was more room to open my suitcase.
This is a pretty good chain hotel in Japan. I didn't realize before staying that they offer a free shuttle bus to Disney, and there's a timetable provided. You can also book a paid shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the return bus from Disney is relatively early. Just a heads up, there are very few pharmacies nearby.
Small rooms are a 'feature' of Japanese hotels, but compared to Hokkaido, hotels in Tokyo, despite being small, are better designed and cleaner than those outside of Sapporo and Otaru. However, the biggest issue with this particular hotel is that the room's air conditioning is very old.

very good hotel. with an amazing surrounded beautiful view. clean and comfortable hotel. the staff are very helpfull.. polite.. Executive lounge it is very recommended to stay here..
Hotel is beautiful and staff is great. But what was very disappointing is that you have to pay to use the pool,, $65 total for myself and my 2 kids. And bc of COVID they are limiting numbers in the pool so you have to wait your turn, which means I’m basically sitting in my room for an hour until they call me. This is not what I expected for the price you pay for this hotel. there were fees added...
I don't think this is a five star hotel, more like 3 1/2 stars. We stayed in the second largest room. The carpet should be replaced and the room smelled.. a bit old? The lobby smells nice but the room smelled a bit musky. The room had a kitchen, but no pots or pans and the microwave was ancient. However, the service was good and the room's private garden and hot tub were so nice. If you want an outdoor...
This hotel is famous for its magnificent views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower beyond. In addition, I advise you to definitely visit the hotel pool on the 5th floor and the outdoor jacuzzi. Unforgettable impression! I really liked the Japanese style restaurant with a tempura menu, again with stunning views of the bay and bridge. For all this I give the whole hotel an A.

Good hotel and strategis place
Location was in heart of Shinjuku, however it is still quite a walk to the station. That said , Shinjuku station is very big. The room is not that spacious, but given Tokyo hotels are v small, the size is quite ok, there was a small table and chair cosy enough for 2 people. Small space to open luggage and walk around but it's ok. Need to check in ourselves which was not so convient. Check in at 11...
I am already a repeat guest 👍👍
Rooms are really small, for two people standard one it’s not comfortable at all. If you’ve claustrophobia try to find another one. I’m totally disappointed with this place.
Service was great! Our original room had a weird smell that wouldn’t go away - reception staff promptly checked it out and moved us to a different room. Rooms are small but standard for Japan - we could open and pack 2 large suitcases (although quite tight). Location was good although we didn’t realise it was in the *** ***** ******** when booking.
Located in the heart of Kabukicho, the hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station and about 5 minutes from Higashi-Shinjuku Subway Station. This prime location provides guests with easy access to Shinjuku’s bustling nightlife, shopping centers, and entertainment venues. A very solid hotel, but it’s important to understand what it is — a premium line of a very large, mass-market brand. The hotel is modern, stylish, clean, and clearly well organized. Rooms are comfortable, the bed is excellent, and everything feels thought through from a functional point of view. We had a room with a balcony, which was a big plus and really elevated the experience. Public areas are...
Stayed here for a few days in late autumn/early winter (Chau winter vibes). The location is really convenient – just one stop from Shinjuku Station, so getting around central Tokyo is super easy by train. That’s probably the biggest plus. However, once you step out of the hotel, there’s literally nothing around. No convenience stores, no cafes, no supermarkets… nothing. Felt like we were in the middle...
I'd definitely stay here again; it's a truly perfect hotel. The subway station is very close, the surroundings are quiet and beautiful, making it ideal for a city walk. It's really fantastic!
This has quickly become my favorite hotel in Tokyo! The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I stayed for two nights, and the cleaning service on the day between was also exceptionally thorough! Plus, they provide a variety of thoughtful amenities, which was a really nice touch. It's also very close to the subway station and wonderfully quiet. Highly recommend!

The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; it was quite noisy upstairs and next door. However, the location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which was really handy.
the room is clean and have a good onsen. However, the location and staff are not that match
The open-air rooftop bath is definitely the highlight. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, including many highly-rated restaurants. Its proximity to the Yamanote Line makes public transport convenient, although getting a taxi can be a bit tricky. Rooms facing the Yamanote Line side do experience some minor train noise.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Gotanda Station. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious for Tokyo standards, and it was quiet! The rooftop onsen offered a great bathing experience, and breakfast was incredibly plentiful! We had such a good stay that we booked three consecutive nights!
This was my second stay here. I was initially drawn in by the platform photos of the reception area when I booked. Mitsui Garden is a chain that definitely has its unique charm. The location is incredibly convenient; the Yamanote Line pretty much covers all my transportation needs, and...
The room was quite small, especially compared to the Hotel Nikko I stayed in, which was a bit out of the way. It felt too cramped, and the transportation wasn't great. Overall, Tokyo didn't leave a good impression on me. I only took photos at Hotel Nikko, so I'd recommend staying there, haha.

I stayed in a double bed room with small kitchen. Compliemtary drinks of coffee are free to provide every day. The room is quite spacious, but the small kitchen equipment is just barely adequate. Location 10, staff 10, everything was great, rooms are small in Tokyo in General, so just keep that in mind.

The location is good, very close to Shin-nihonbashi station. For a two people room, it is fairly spacious and surprisingly, a large bathroom given its location in the heart of Tokyo. Besides, the room had a very wide and comfortable bed which my partner and I had a very deep, good sleep together.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very close to a lot of great sights in Tokyo. The staff was very friendly. I was only able to get a smoking room because at the time of my booking that was all that was available (I'm a non- smoker) and I was a bit afraid the room would smell smokey but it didn't. The bedding was truly indescribable. They imitated European and American hotels by using sheets instead of duvet covers, which was incredibly uncomfortable. I had a severe allergic reaction, and the hygiene level was far from satisfactory.
The location quite good for traveling by train The best thing I love here is the coffee drip bag and free coffee in the morning
The location near Shimbashi station and you can take a train to Tokyo station , Narita station or other Tokyo giant station. Services is nice. The location is phenomenal. Having a washer & dryer + hanging space for clothes that cannot be tumble dried. Rooms are small, but nothing we’d ever complain about; it’s Tokyo!
