Tokyo, 2 Chome-6-1 Daiba, Minato (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.
The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff. The room temperature was perfect, the air conditioning was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable.
This is the best hotel location in Odaiba, with direct skybridge access to AquaCity and DiverCity. It's incredibly convenient for shopping. The hotel service is also very attentive, and the facilities are excellent! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep. Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more...
The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The light show downstairs, especially with Christmas approaching, was absolutely beautiful.
The view from the room is so special.  It was so lovely.  I did not close the curtain at night just because I wanna see the fantastic view when I open my eyes.  You can see X’mas fireworks from your window as well.

I booked a total of five nights. First, two nights here, then two nights in Kamakura, three nights in Hakone, and then back here for three nights, before moving to Tamachi for two nights. Tonight is my first night. I flew JAL from Beijing and landed at 7:30 PM. After clearing customs, I took the subway and arrived here without any issues. From Terminal 3 at the airport, I took the Tokyo Monorail, transferred...
The room isn't huge but it's clean and tidy. Check-in is self-service, but there's staff available to assist with Chinese language support. There's a convenience store and restaurants right across from the hotel. It's not far from the subway station, within walking distance. There's also a shuttle schedule for the airport displayed outside the hotel.
Comparable to a國內全季(domestic all-season hotel), the service is decent. What really stands out are the two bus stops within a five-minute walk, the free Disney shuttle, and the paid airport shuttle (though it doesn't run at night). The surrounding area is a bit sparse, but overall, it's good value for money.
This hotel is great for business trips, and I'd also recommend it if you're planning to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, Odaiba, or Kasai Rinkai Park – it's super convenient. Plus, the hotel offers direct shuttle buses to both airports, which you can book in advance. I stayed on the 15th floor, and while high floors have their perks, there are downsides too. For example, during an earthquake one night, only...
I booked the family room this time, and it was spacious enough, even with a washing machine and microwave. I'm super satisfied; it's perfect for families with kids. The bathroom, in particular, was the largest I've seen in any Tokyo hotel. Getting around and finding food was also very convenient, and Odaiba is only a few stops away. The scenery around the hotel is also great. I'd definitely stay here...
Booked online, check-in was a breeze. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. It's really close to the Ariake Central Building, which was super convenient for visiting clients.

I stayed during the very busy New Year holiday period, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share one concern regarding the check-in experience at the Executive Lounge. We were seated there for about an hour, yet it seemed that the staff at the reception did not notice us and continued chatting among themselves. This was a bit disappointing and made us feel somewhat overlooked...
Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!
There's really nothing around here. The hotel breakfast had limited options and wasn't good.
I wouldn’t call this a five star property… however we stayed here the day before they shut for renovations so maybe things will change. Positives - It is a good location if you don’t mind being away from central Tokyo. The shopping nearby is very good with lots of food options too. The room was a nice size and clean. Good view of rainbow bridge. Negatives - There is a bad smell when you walk in and...
As much I would love to write 100% positive there was one thing I was not satisfied about. Despite being Loyal Hilton member I request for higher floor which is the least they could do but they put me on lowest possible. Beside that hotel and rest of the stuff was top notch. Definitly good pick while in Tokyo
Nice hotel adjacent to a metro station with two malls close by and connected via above ground walk paths. This provides good options for dining and access going into the city. Family friendly since the two-twins rooms are allowed for 4 people. The twin beds are real twin beds so it is a tight fit for two people but it worked for medium sized family members. Great water side view of you get it. Nice...

Overall, it was very good. The room was small, but Japanese hotels are generally small. Room it was very clean and staff were very helpful.
Friendly staff, self check in/out is efficient. The room is a bit small for single.
Location is fine. Taking about 15 mins to walk to shinjuku station. Staffs are friendly. Room is ready before check in time which is good.
The location is very convenient to the shopping and food areas of Shinjuku. The room was comfortable and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d easily recommend this hotel to any couples visiting Tokyo
The hotel is great and near many amenities. Services are great as well. Recommended.
Great location, great service ! We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku. This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to enjoy our drinks. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Convenient place, got transport from Bay station 8am -10pm. Hotel just opposite, walk also just 3- 5min
The room was incredibly spacious. We added an extra bed for two adults and two children, and everyone slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also huge, fully stocked with all the amenities. The facilities are a bit old, especially the carpet, which, due to its age, inevitably has some stubborn stains that can't be washed out. There's a shuttle bus that goes to the Disney Resort Line station, another...
The hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney. 5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station. Only complaints...
Very convenience . 3 mins walk to Disney resort line (bay station), or you can wait forthe shuttle bus of hotel to the resort line. Easyto transfer. Excellent service. I love the hotel because everything is tidy and clean. Friendly to foreigners.
We received the upgrade to junior suite so the room is so big and the view is very nice. French toast is the best!

The value for money isn't great. The interior feels on par with a domestic Atour hotel, but it's nearly 2500 [currency]. Hotels in Tokyo are so expensive! During cherry blossom season, it was crowded. We even had to take a number to queue for breakfast, but we didn't wait long, only about 10 minutes. The only real advantage is its proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.
Great location, very convenient to the National Stadium, and the surroundings are beautiful. The accommodation itself is quiet and comfortable, and I particularly loved the large balcony in the room.
A beautiful hotel! The rooms are a bit small, but they come with a large balcony offering amazing views. There's also a rooftop observation deck where I enjoyed a spectacular night view of Tokyo. If the weather is good, you can even see Mount Fuji in the morning. The location is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff speak fluent English, and there were many Western guests. I...
I stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel specifically for a concert. The National Stadium is right across the street, and I could even see it from my balcony. Once the concert started, I could hear it clearly from my room. The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station just a left turn outside the entrance. If you walk through the small garden next to the hotel, there's a Starbucks in the hospital...
I chose this hotel because it's directly opposite the New National Theatre, as I was here for a concert. The environment is lovely, and the location is super convenient. Plus, there's a hot spring! Every night after a day of shopping, I'd go soak in the onsen to relax and relieve my fatigue.
I chose this hotel for my trip to see TWICE's concert at the New National Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient, just across the road from the venue. The hotel staff were skilled and had excellent attitudes, especially the front desk receptionist who assisted with check-in. The attached photo shows the hotel's main entrance with the stadium visible in the distance, for your reference.

Facilities: Very new, I really like the minimalist style. Hygiene: Very clean, the bathtub was very comfortable for a soak. Environment: The environment is excellent. I booked this place specifically for the Tokyo Tower view 🗼. The King Room with a view was exceptional. Service: The service was great, and the deposit was only 3,000 JPY.
The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service is good, and the room is clean. It's definitely recommendable, and I'll stay here again next time.
Good location Nice customer service
This hotel has a great resort-like feel. All the staff are fluent in English (I barely saw any Asian staff at the front desk or in the restaurant). The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety for an à la carte hotel. The valet parking, housekeeping, and front office restaurant service were all excellent. Highly recommend!
The lobby lounge has a fantastic ambiance, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering views of Tokyo Tower. I stayed there and had drinks in the lounge both nights. It was a really great experience, and I hope to visit again.

We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. Great hotel. Loved the service. It’s looks a little dated but still works for us. It’s a bit far from Ginza. Had to walk about 20 minutes in the cold
Decent overall. Dinner was delicious with a good variety of food options in the room. However, breakfast was very average. The room felt a bit old, not sure why, but the service was okay. The location was a bit hard to find.
Perfect experience with excellent view of nearby top business district. Conrad has always been delivering the best travel experience with their signature sky floor experiences.

Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase. However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets.
Great location but as a lot of construction nearby, it made the journey from the train station to hotel not easy. Room is spacious and with a beautiful Japanese garden.
We are a family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is dated but well maintained. Generally satisfactory. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. We could sense that the mattresses were quite old. Out of the 3 beds, only one is merely ok. One below par and one is bad. The bad bed gave you a very uncomfortable backache the next day. We complained to the hotel the next day. They changed the...

Great location, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room layout is well-designed; at 27 square meters, there's enough space to fully open three large suitcases. The hotel also provides Sekkisei skincare products daily. I'd definitely recommend staying here again if you're in Ueno, Tokyo.
The room is clean and comfortable with a modern design. Amenities kits are available for guests to take themselves, but towels are not replaced.
I read positive reviews about this hotel and was looking forward to experiencing for myself what the hotel has to offer in terms of facility, comfort and service. The closet is too narrow to hang oversized coats, especially when in winter! Kitchen isn’t well facilitated with only one microwave, no idea how to cook! No luggage rack, no shoe brush
Excellent location, but the rooms are just average and the service is terrible. The listed facilities are inaccurate. It's rare for me to leave a bad review, but this one deserves it.
An absolutely top-tier hotel experience in Tokyo! The location is incredibly central, right by the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station, placing it in the heart of the city's most bustling and modern business district. The hotel rooms are incredibly spacious, and we even got upgraded to a suite, which made for a fantastic stay.
The hotel made a mistake during check-in, which led to a lengthy discussion before I could finally get settled. They did upgrade my room, which was very spacious, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, no one at the front desk offered to help with my luggage.
I've always been a loyal fan of Ascott, but the Ascott Tokyo really left me speechless. 5 stars for me but obviously when ranked against the star rating for the property. Ie it's not a "5 star hotel" but the room was perfect and as described, spacious for Tokyo, service was always fantastic, and no major complaints. Some noise at night and mornings (from road and room service in corridors) - didn't ruin the stay.
The room is quite spacious for Tokyo's standards. There is a small kitchenette that you can do your own cooking. There' a bathtub too. The room is big enough to open two big suitcases. It is located about a 5 minutes walk from the subway. It is also walking distance to Shinjuku area. For the price, it's really value for money.
The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.
The front desk people Kendall and Tomoko derserve gold stars for their exceptional customer service. Their patience and understanding was much appreciated. Very expensive hotel rate per night during Cherry Blossoms season for the services and amenities provided
