Smallest rooms I've ever encountered, but that's Tokyo I guess. Rooms are quite plain but location is quite good.

I booked a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and it was such a great deal! The night view alone was worth a million dollars, and I can't believe it was only a 4-star hotel. 😂 The facilities here are also excellent

There aren't any convenience stores right nearby, but there's a supermarket a short walk away. Most of the room facilities are quite old, and the twin beds can't be pushed together

This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Tokyo. I've been staying here for over 20 years! The location is fantastic, it offers great value for money, and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity.

There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the first and second floors have great shops perfect for picking up souvenirs

However, it was a weekend during our stay, and there were many tour groups, which made it very noisy! The hotel assigned us a room on the 34th floor, and it was a corner room at that! Very unaccommodating, especially since I had previously requested *not* to have a corner room

This time, I booked a Deluxe Twin room in the Main Building, and the newly renovated rooms are definitely much newer than those in the South Building! You can see Mount Fuji from the South Building, but not from the Main Building

There was also Chinese cleaning staff on our floor. I hope the hotel can arrange a relatively better location next time. Booking so far in advance, only to be given such a poor room assignment, was truly disappointing!

Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable

Cleanliness: Very satisfied with the cleanliness. Environment: It's very close to Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku West Exit, making the location very convenient

We had unagi (grilled eel) at a restaurant next door; they only serve 10 portions a day, and I got the last one. Couldn't order it for my son, so we had to order from the downstairs menu instead

The room is small, barely enough for putting your luggage and walking space. Room is just basic, so don't expect too much. But location is good, located on one of the stops for airport shuttle

Stayed one night and liked it so much that I'm planning to return to this hotel tonight after visiting Kamakura. The room is spacious and the transportation is convenient

Choose this hotel if u r taking airport limo bus, it’s just located outside of the hotel. But it might takes walking distance 10 minutes+ to Shinjuku station. I stayed in Annex and it looks new

On the first day, I couldn't find the passage, but walking along the main road from the South Exit works just as well, and it was a pleasant walk. The room was clean and not too small, which I was happy with

Booking floors 25-32 can effectively help you avoid elevator rush hour. The only downside is that there's no microwave in the hallway, but you can use the FamilyMart on the first floor

The room was on the small side (this is standard in Tokyo) but was intelligently designed with all the basics, and the size never got in the way of our having a good time

Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable to sleep in. Location is very convenient too as there is a train station, a grocery store, and a McDonald's nearby. Yes the hotel is a bit old, but you get your money's worth.

This hotel is located in the Disney Resort, but the room facilities are very old. Our room had no Disney elements at all. The only highlight was being able to see Mount Fuji. The hotel service was still very good

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs

The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from

I stayed at the Tokyo Dome Hotel from January 31st to February 3rd, 2026. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Dome, and it's just a 3-5 minute walk to either the subway or JR station

I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is super convenient for transportation and shopping, and it's easy to get to other attractions

The room was fantastic, with a direct view of the Dome, perfect for staying when attending concerts. There were even fan events when Lady Gaga performed! Luggage storage is available. The service was excellent.

Plus, you get a discount at the Ferris wheel downstairs by showing your room key. It's rare to find such a large triple room in Japan. Definitely worth it! I'll be back again

This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace

Very old fashioned hotel, everything is just right. Room is tidy and comfortable, facing Royal Palace. Old Imperial Bar is worth to try, sitting at the bar side, the atmosphere is just about perfect.

We know that Prince hotels have been one of the traditional hotels in Japan for long time so it’s a bit old and we can see that inside building is a bit old…but we like the good service and locations

meaning we had to walk far to reach on room. There was also a conference there meaning lots of people. The location is quite far from transport. The walk back from shinagawa station is all up hill

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.

The rooms are a bit dated, but the service is really good. It's very close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to walk everywhere. Plus, there's a large 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient.

Unfortunately we cannot experience the breakfast this time, will definitely manage to try it next time! This trip deepens my appreciation and I cannot wait to return for more!

This is the best hotel location in Odaiba, with direct skybridge access to AquaCity and DiverCity. It's incredibly convenient for shopping

The hotel is located in a great area around the port, with a convenient Yurikamome line station right outside, and an airport bus as well. The room was spacious, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options

Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more

The view from the room is so special.  It was so lovely.  I did not close the curtain at night just because I wanna see the fantastic view when I open my eyes.  You can see X’mas fireworks from your window as well.

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep

The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive

I found the lobby staff a little lack of personality, at check in, no mentioning of where breakfast will be, what time check out is. Just checked you in and that’s it, no personal notes in the room

Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection

I've stayed at 5 different Apa hotels in Japan. Definitely recommend if traveling in japan. Some have spas and onsens and in house dinning with breakfast included

The reception told me that I can open the window, but the room faces the main road, and throughout all night, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. People, cars, ambulances, police sirens, total chaos outside

However, the room was very small for 2 persons and the smallest one that we saw during our 3 week trip through Japan. It was also a bit cold as wind was coming through the window during the entire night

Room was as expected from APA, small. Comparing to other APAs we’ve stayed at, the room was a bit bigger. They have a central AC system in the hotel, that provides the cooling/heating to every room

Location puts you within 8 and 18 minutes of …. Or one of their other dozen hotels nearby.  Which makes it a little hard to get your bearing the first day or 2- seeing APA signs that aren’t your hotel ☺️☺️☺️

Breakfast: We enjoyed the breakfast. I am pregnant, and even though there were many things I could not eat, there was always something available, and I never felt hungry. The staff was always very kind and respectful

This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tocho-mae subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not particularly spacious

The room appeared to be over 25 square meters, but for exact measurements, refer to the hotel description. The furniture and lighting in the room were tastefully designed, combining wood and metal elements

Love the Christmas decor and there is direct limousine bus to the hotel. But it is not near to major stations will stay if deal is good

Excellent! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and the service is very attentive. There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel to Shinjuku Station, so all in all, it's incredibly convenient.

I then went down to the front desk myself to report it. A front desk colleague accompanied me back to the room, and we had to wait another 10 minutes or so for the customer service supervisor

The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel

Excellent hotel, great price and central location. Feature wise it has everything with quiet rooms, great staff and buffet breakfast. The decor is a little older but no issue functionally.

Facilities: We got an upgraded room, which was a newer model. It had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which was nice. Environment: The new tower feels much better than the old facilities

Service: The attitude was okay, pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Complimentary Executive Lounge Access: Didn't have any time to use it! 😂

For breakfast the next day, I recommend going early as the Japanese set is limited and runs out quickly. We were lucky enough to get the last two!

We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel
