Gran Customa Isezakicho in Yokohama

This was my first solo trip to Yokohama and I chose this hotel.
It was also my first time using the Gran Customer Isezakicho branch, so I had many concerns, but I received very courteous assistance when I called in advance and when I spoke to the front desk directly. Although it's a little far from the station, there's a convenience store nearby, as well as a variety of restaurants, including izakayas, sushi restaurants, and ramen shops, so I was personally pleased with the excellent location. I had such a comfortable stay that I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity to visit Yokohama again in the future.

Don't complain about the price and just sleep.
Curry is delicious

I love the all-you-can-eat curry.
They also served rice with seasonings for dinner.
Also, the jet bath in the large communal bath feels great on the shoulders and back.
I'll definitely use them again.

I was able to stay cheaply and take a bath, so I was able to relieve my fatigue. I was grateful for the complimentary curry and drink. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Yokohama.

Very clean, but poor sound insulation

The curry is delicious

The shower connection was loose.
Luggage storage areas were scattered all over the place, which was a bit troublesome.
It was nice to have a relaxing bath.

Good location

Although the location wasn't great, it's a capsule hotel with very high quality! It's also an internet cafe, but I thought it was great for this price as it had a bath and all the amenities. It was a place I would definitely want to stay at again.
