Hotel staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast very good lots of variety . Accommodation light and airy , very clean , Bike hire very cheap . Beach towels provided.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends

Good location , close to jetty if you are in for diving.

The location is excellent, making it convenient for buying souvenirs, finding food, and catching boats. The staff were very attentive; when I asked at the front desk if they had any chafing ointment because I had a blister on my heel, they kindly inquired about the severity of the injury and proactively provided disinfectant for me to treat. The room was clean and spacious enough to flatten a 28-inch suitcase, and it also had a small dining table, an induction cooker, and a double-layer refrigerator. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious, and we were always ready to replenish the food. If possible, I would like more variety each day, as the meals were very similar for four consecutive nights. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you.

Love! This is a cute budget hotel that’s thought of everything you might want for a happy stay. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet is thoughtful and delicious. The hotel also has a free toiletries supply, cheap laundry room, cold drinking water taps and a roof terrace. It’s well located so the whole town is walkable. They have parking just opposite. Delightful and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

1. Advantages
(1) The location is very good, on the main road in the city, surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the pier. The shuttle service is also convenient.
(2) The dining area provides regular shochu, tea, and ice.
2. Disadvantages
(1) On the day of check-out, I came back from sailing and used the bathroom on the first floor to pick up my luggage. I was charged 1,200 yen for two people. I was also a guest staying for a few days. The room cost 100,000 yen, and they were charged for using the bathroom.
(2) I asked the front desk to help me book a sailing trip for the next day, but it was not possible. In the end, they said it was not possible.

Japanese-style rooms are more comfortable and convenient than Western-style rooms. The rooms are small, but they have everything. The service is excellent. There's also a laundry service and a happy hour. Free drinks are also available.

It is very close to the station and the pier. It is very convenient for dining and shopping downstairs. I will choose CUCULE again next time I have the chance

Location: 5 minutes walk from the bus to the remote island terminal from the airport.

Very convenient, visible from the 730 intersection.

Staff: Friendly and will explain anything you don't understand.

Food: Breakfast included. Light but sufficient. Water and tea are also provided after arrival. Depending on the time, beer and other alcoholic beverages are also available, which is a nice service.

I was rarely at the hotel and just went out, but it was really convenient because it was close to places to drink and I could walk home quickly. I would like to stay here again if there is space when I go to Ishigaki Island.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, and well located. It’s a short walk to the pier (where you take ferries to other islands) and to restaurants, bars, shops and the local public market.
The staff speak some English and are very friendly. They will go out of their way to help you.
