At night there was someone knocked my room!!
I stayed here last year as well. Cheap and basic business hotel. Courteous and friendly service.
Nice place. Looks old(maybe was constructed longer time ago), furniture is not new, but clean and tidy. Reception is 24/7. The rooms are automatically locked, so don't leave your keys inside(it's not a card). Air conditioning is in the rooms. Bath stuff like towels changed every day. There are liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. And other amenities(toothbrushes/pastes, razors, combs...
This business hotel is about a ten minute walk from JR Sendai station, so it's convenient. However, the room is very small - smaller than other comparably priced business hotels and is a super tight squeeze for two people (even two slim women). Toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairbrush, and slippers are available, but not sure if I would return unless I couldn't find another hotel close to the train...
Could’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird rule that you have to give your room key to reception every time you leave the building - never seen that at any other hotel before.
Front desk service is fast, polite, patient. Appreciate. Room is clean, bed is comfortable for enjoy deep sleep. Location of hotel is convenient, nearby JR station, long haul bus station and city bus station. Also, nearby Morning fish market and convenient store around hotel. Good experience

Older hotel but everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and service was very nice! Its a bit of a walk from Sendai station but was not a big issue for us.
It was far from the station and the bath water was too hot, but overall it was fine.
It was a very nice hotel. I ended up in a smoking room due to my mistake. Other than that it was comfortable. It's far from Sendai Station, but it's a short subway ride away.
It's convenient, the hotel is clean, and it's one of the cheapest hotels in the area, so I always come back here.
Stayed at the hotel Bel Air in Sendai during an academic conference at Tohoku University. Excellent location and excellent service. Staff are very friendly and hard workers. They are to be commended for their diligence. Definitely recommend staying here.
It’s a great location to go shopping and have dinner in Sendai city. They have great hospitality and clean rooms with Wi-Fi access. It’s nice to get special amenities for women (bath bomb, face pack sheet, make-up remover). Free brewed coffee and water service at the reception. When it comes to the dinner, I recommend Japanese: 銀乃 Ginno, 氏ノ木 Shinogi, Italian: NOTTIvago, Vietnamese: AnNam, dessert:...

The breakfast is highly recommended! There are many local ingredients and you can grab the taste of Sendai at a glance. Room js clean, with indoor onsen in hotel. Staff is kind. Everything is good!
The hotel is not very close to the JR station, but it is easy to find. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and great taste. The bed is very comfortable, although slightly on the soft side. I appreciate that two pillows are provided per person. The onsen is a bit small.
The room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. It was quiet, and the hot spring was very relaxing with a good selection of bath amenities, which I really liked. It's also very close to Sendai Station, making shopping and getting around super convenient.
Room is slightly small but good for 4 of us, 2 adults 2kids, the room is clean and the service is good.
Breakfast is delicious. Staff were very polite. Front desk staff were very friendly. Mr. Sato at the front desk spoke good English and was very hospitable.
From the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed with a Nespresso coffee machine available as a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch. The room was slightly more spacious than most hotels in Japan, beautifully designed, and very clean—making our stay comfortable from the start. During our stay, we experienced the Aomori earthquake. Every time I come to Japan, I always look for the Super Hotel first. The price is reasonable and the location is great. This is my first time at the Sendai branch. Although there is no parking lot, there is one right next door, which is very convenient. The onsen (hot spring) here is segregated between men and women, and you have to take turns using the regular ones. I booked a Super Room, which was...
Impressive facilities and environment
The staff were all very friendly and had a great smile. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Sendai.
There was a large public bath, but there were only three washing areas, and it was crowded, so I had to go back to my room and wait for about an hour. Maybe it was because it was Golden Week, but given the high number of guests considering the hotel's small size, I wish they'd come up with some kind of solution. The bathroom in my room was also too small, so when I washed my face in the morning, the...

Great spacious clean room 👍🏻 Have balcony with great Sendai landmark with this beautiful GuangYi 👍🏻 Nearby many restaurants & shop, especially the Aeon mall 👍🏻 Will definitely stay again if we back to Sendai 😊
For this price and at this time, I was genuinely surprised to get such a spacious room, complete with a massage chair! Opening the balcony door at night, a cup of coffee in hand, and gazing at the twinkling lights of the city below—there was a moment where I truly felt moved to tears. The next morning, the sun's glare on the fresh snow of the golf course, with the entire landscape covered in a pristine...
These are wonderful 4 nights in Sendai hill hotel.
Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony of the room is amazing enough! One of the hotels with the best views in Sendai. The service is also very good, very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again.
Breakfast here is one of the things I look forward to. It would be even better if they offered takeaway coffee. Reservations are hard to get on weekends, so I was lucky to get one this time.
The hotel has a 80s vibe so do not expect a very modern interior. But the room is very spacious and clean. Driving is almost a must though

- Due to we didn't buy breakfast so we can not share it,sorry. - For Onsen it's good. - For location it's ok ,easy walk fm Sendai station. - Size of room is ok, it's bigger than other. - But we need service towel & water serve at room if stay more than 1 night i/o request at front desk.
Nice location, very clean room and it was a bit larger than the other business hotels I've been too. Bathroom had a shower-only set-up which was quite good too. Only grouse was the motion-sensitve light at the room doorway which kept switching on each time I turned around near the door when I was unpacking
Good service, they help us store luggage before check in and help us put luggage inside our room after we come back late for check i
Good location, room is a little smaller than the other Dormy Inn, reception staffs were helpful. Hotel surround with shops and restaurants. Sendai station only10 mins.
I very much enjoyed the onsen, the ice cream and late night ramen. The rooms itself are tiny and appear rundown. I had very poor quality of sleep.
Pillow was very bad, it was like 2 inches thick and wrong hard. Bed was hard as well. They did not do room service all 3 days. The onsen is really good tho

Very good location, it’s near downtown of Sendai. Good hotel restaurant at lobby with impressive service.
Nice hotel with a convenient location next to the train station.
Location is not the best but it is acceptable- quick 5 mins walk from Sendai station via the side door. Room is neat and tidy- slightly larger than standard Japanese room size with all the required amenities. Hotel staffs are welcoming and friendly.
The room was very clean and comfortable, but the receptionist need to be aware of check in SOP.
The hotel staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Its location close to Sendai Station makes getting around very convenient.
Facilities: Well-equipped Cleanliness: Spotless Location: Convenient Service: Friendly The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious and unique options, especially the Japanese snacks which were fantastic! 👍 It's very convenient for sightseeing, with many bus stops nearby, and it's only about a five-minute walk from the train station.

It takes about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to JR Sendai Station. The hotel is close to the shopping area, which makes it quite convenient.
We were very satisfied with our stay! The hotel is conveniently located with great nearby amenities, and transportation is extremely accessible. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with plenty of space and complete amenities, making it a very relaxing place to stay.
Around 10 minutes walk from Sendai station. Staff very friendly and willing to assist. Generous supply of amenities. Convenience store right next to hotel. Very pleasant stay!
Very Good location - close to Sendai station. There is a 7-11 and family mart within 2 mins walk. The hotel offer complimentary breakfast and room is clean. The room is small for couple (okay for single traveller) The hotel should consider adding more washing machines. On my floor there are 2 machines and it can get busy at night
The hotel location is very close to the metro/JR train station. Room size is great for short trip solo travelers. Front desk staff are efficient and friendly.
It's conveniently located near Kokubuncho Station. Thank you for your help. Check-in was at 3 PM, but it was raining hard and chilly, so I arrived after 2 PM. I was told that my room would be ready as soon as it was available, so I was able to check in at 2:30 PM.

You get what you pay for and for a smoker it was ideal , would stay again
The hotel facilities are definitely old. The wallpaper is peeling, and the bathroom fixtures are ancient; water seems to drain out as it comes in, which is odd. The desk is quite large, offering plenty of space for items. The room was cold, and it felt like there was no heating. However, the cleanliness was actually pretty good. It really just needs a renovation.
Good location. Easy access to the train and bus station and the shopping area. Lots of eateries around and convenience stores at both ends of the street. Comfortable stay.
Plenty of amenities to choose from, having a shampoo bar at the front desk and razors, etc. However at our stay, the water was out for all showers and toilets that we could find. Our room had a tobacco scent as it was a smoking room however the windows are unable to be opened leaving it to linger.
The hotel was simple, and the front staff were very friendly, and though the room was clean, it was one of the smallest I have stayed at. It seems to be quite an old hotel, but it’s nicely kept and the location is really good. Several convenience stores close by, and the Sendai station is also an walking distance. The location is really convenient as it’s right outside the metro station. Hotel is a bit old but the stay was still comfortable! It’s enough for 2 ppl with 2 big luggage’
The facilities were old, but they were well-maintained and I didn't mind at all. There were beautiful artworks on display in the lobby and elevator hall.
Coming for Jotaro, it is full of the flavor of an old shop from the last century
Everything is great! The environment is also very elegant. The room is in the form of a key, which is very unique and I like it very much.
The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and there was ample parking so I was able to park my car with peace of mind.

Although it’s a bit far from city centre without direct access to train or metro, it is right next to the premium outlet, offering fantastic shopping options. The outlet was not open on 1 Jan so it was a bit empty. The noble suite is very spacious. I love it
Even we arrived the hotel at mid-night, that male staff came out from his resting room to serve us at.once. The view of our room was facing to the beautiful backyard which are full of tree with autumn leaves, Its location is very close to the oulet with walking distance.

The location was great, very close to Sendai JR station. It was also just next to the morning seafood market so I had my breakfast there instead of inside the hotel. The room could fit my snowboard luggage and had my snowboard out and still have space for me to walk around in the room. It's very value for its money and I would stay there again if I would ever return to Sendai.
Dated business hotel. Mould in bathroom.
Easy access to JR station and main bus stops to destinations.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The lobby is beautiful and creates a wonderful first impression. One of the best perks is the complimentary shuttle bus from Sendai; it’s very convenient and only takes about 30–45 minutes, making the hotel feel quite accessible. We really enjoyed the facilities, especially the four onsen baths (two for each gender) and the ping pong room, which was a fun addition...
Nice and huge place however the building might be on the older side but it’s still good. Onsen view was nice
Stayed one night in the main building. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. Our package included both buffet breakfast and dinner, which was a nice touch. At check-in, guests are asked to select their preferred dining times. Since the restaurant can get quite busy, I recommend choosing the earliest slot for a more relaxed experience. The hotel service was good. The lobby was grand and beautiful. On the contrary, the rooms were a bit old. The onsen was great. I tried both the new and old onsen. I personally liked the old one and is has a more Japanese taste. The new one is too modern. The onsen water really made my skin softer. The buffet meals were great. Overall good value for money.
The location is fantastic, right near Rairai Gorge, making it super convenient to explore on foot. The baths are great, open from 5 AM to 1 AM, and always clean and refreshing. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. There's also a shop and a massage parlor within the hotel. The room felt a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

The hotel offered a free shuttle bus from Sendai station. The food is fine dinning. The service are excellent. The room is clean and tidy.
A good hotel for consideration
This is a standard, established, large hot spring hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated, the koi fish are charming, and the rooms are spacious. The hot springs are rather unremarkable, and the semi-buffet dinner was particularly disappointing. I've stayed at many onsen hotels with a stay and two meals option, and this one was quite subpar. The free shuttle bus from Sendai Station was a nice touch
I heard that many years ago, Sakkan had visited Ginsui-so, so I came here because of its reputation. Seeing is believing. The decoration of the lobby is really elegant and Japanese. There is a welcome drink of coffee or tea from 16:00 to 18:00, but I think it is too monotonous. It should be added with a piece of biscuit or fruit. The layout of the room is also very good. It is very comfortable for...
Booked it on my own trip. The room decoration is a little old, but I can understand it. Overall it is still very good. I soaked it three times. The service didn't originally order dinner, but after communication, a buffet was temporarily added. I like the service
