I stayed here last year as well. Cheap and basic business hotel. Courteous and friendly service.

Nice place. Looks old(maybe was constructed longer time ago), furniture is not new, but clean and tidy. Reception is 24/7. The rooms are automatically locked, so don't leave your keys inside(it's not a card). Air conditioning is in the rooms. Bath stuff like towels changed every day. There are liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. And other amenities(toothbrushes/pastes, razors, combs...

This business hotel is about a ten minute walk from JR Sendai station, so it's convenient. However, the room is very small - smaller than other comparably priced business hotels and is a super tight squeeze for two people (even two slim women). Toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairbrush, and slippers are available, but not sure if I would return unless I couldn't find another hotel close to the train...

Could’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird rule that you have to give your room key to reception every time you leave the building - never seen that at any other hotel before.

Older hotel but everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and service was very nice! Its a bit of a walk from Sendai station but was not a big issue for us.

It was far from the station and the bath water was too hot, but overall it was fine.

Stayed at the hotel Bel Air in Sendai during an academic conference at Tohoku University. Excellent location and excellent service. Staff are very friendly and hard workers. They are to be commended for their diligence. Definitely recommend staying here.

It’s a great location to go shopping and have dinner in Sendai city. They have great hospitality and clean rooms with Wi-Fi access. The breakfast is highly recommended! There are many local ingredients and you can grab the taste of Sendai at a glance. Room js clean, with indoor onsen in hotel. Staff is kind. Everything is good!

The hotel is not very close to the JR station, but it is easy to find. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and great taste. The bed is very comfortable, although slightly on the soft side. I appreciate that two pillows are provided per person. The onsen is a bit small.

Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony of the room is amazing enough! One of the hotels with the best views in Sendai. The service is also very good, very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again.

Breakfast here is one of the things I look forward to. It would be even better if they offered takeaway coffee. Reservations are hard to get on weekends, so I was lucky to get one this time.

The hotel has a 80s vibe so do not expect a very modern interior. But the room is very spacious and clean. Driving is almost a must though

Nice location, very clean room and it was a bit larger than the other business hotels I've been too. Bathroom had a shower-only set-up which was quite good too. Only grouse was the motion-sensitve light at the room doorway which kept switching on each time I turned around near the door when I was unpacking

I very much enjoyed the onsen, the ice cream and late night ramen. The rooms itself are tiny and appear rundown. I had very poor quality of sleep.

Location is not the best but it is acceptable- quick 5 mins walk from Sendai station via the side door. Room is neat and tidy- slightly larger than standard Japanese room size with all the required amenities. Hotel staffs are welcoming and friendly.

Very Good location - close to Sendai station. There is a 7-11 and family mart within 2 mins walk. The hotel offer complimentary breakfast and room is clean. The room is small for couple (okay for single traveller) The hotel should consider adding more washing machines. On my floor there are 2 machines and it can get busy at night

It's conveniently located near Kokubuncho Station. Thank you for your help. Check-in was at 3 PM, but it was raining hard and chilly, so I arrived after 2 PM. I was told that my room would be ready as soon as it was available, so I was able to check in at 2:30 PM.

You get what you pay for and for a smoker it was ideal , would stay again

The hotel facilities are definitely old. The wallpaper is peeling, and the bathroom fixtures are ancient; water seems to drain out as it comes in, which is odd. The desk is quite large, offering plenty of space for items. The room was cold, and it felt like there was no heating. However, the cleanliness was actually pretty good. It really just needs a renovation.

Plenty of amenities to choose from, having a shampoo bar at the front desk and razors, etc. However at our stay, the water was out for all showers and toilets that we could find. Our room had a tobacco scent as it was a smoking room however the windows are unable to be opened leaving it to linger.

First time in Sendai, easy access by car and located in a beautiful out-squirt area close to an outlet and mall. Every guest was treated like a VIP. We’ve got a good deal for nice room and upgraded for less than ¥15.000 to a corner suite, totally worth it! Delicious Buffet breakfast included, served at the garden terrace.

Near shopping center, easy transportation, good amenity

The location was great, very close to Sendai JR station. It was also just next to the morning seafood market so I had my breakfast there instead of inside the hotel. The room could fit my snowboard luggage and had my snowboard out and still have space for me to walk around in the room. It's very value for its money and I would stay there again if I would ever return to Sendai.

The hotel is quite new, and there's a convenience store right downstairs, plus another one across the street. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the station. There's a great sushi place directly opposite the hotel, and near the station, you'll find a fantastic Sendai beef tongue restaurant. There's also a good yakitori place across from that.

Coming out of Sendai Station's East Exit, which is actually quite lively, you'll find the local supermarket on the 3rd floor of Yodobashi 2. A good hotel for consideration

This is a standard, established, large hot spring hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated, the koi fish are charming, and the rooms are spacious. The hot springs are rather unremarkable, and the semi-buffet dinner was particularly disappointing. I've stayed at many onsen hotels with a stay and two meals option, and this one was quite subpar. The free shuttle bus from Sendai Station was a nice touch
