Located directly across the street from the entrance to ancient Petra, this hotel is stunningly beautiful. The interior feels like an Arabian Nights dream. 1 All rooms with king beds are located in the basement. No view and no light. There are a lot of bugs and they are not cleaned. There were too many mosquitoes at night and I couldn't sleep. The staff recommended a better room but said I had to pay double the price of the original room. The upgraded room has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms, so it is too big for a couple.

Please note that the one-bedroom apartment is located on the lower level with no exterior view. This is not specified when booking on trip.com. Furthermore, the photos of the apartment do not match the description, as they show a balcony with a sea view, but there isn't one. And half the hotel is under renovation. The rooftop pool is not accessible.

this is not our first time visiting this resort. it never made us disappointed with what we are receiving, all the cleaners are the best but for this time we took a chalet and “moynal.H” was the best of them. He’s always ready to help and has a clean work. the beach is clean, pools are clean, everything is at it best.
