The personnel is so kind and very good. The rooms are cleaned and big. The hotel stile is very strange for my like. People don't speak English but they effort to feel you comfortable. Breakfast is local food.there are a few restaurants in the area.

This is nice hotel.

Appalling place - no curtains on the windows of the rooms, no ability to sign for meals or drinks, very limited breakfast (even getting milk out of the locked cabinet was a struggle). Unless you speak Russian or Kazakh, you're stuffed.
