The personnel is so kind and very good. The rooms are cleaned and big. The hotel stile is very strange for my like. People don't speak English but they effort to feel you comfortable. Breakfast is local food.there are a few restaurants in the area.

Not bad for short trips. Mini bar is fully loaded. Rooms are big. Just tools a bit old but clean.

The only positive thing is the location - in a city centre, near shopping malls and a pedestrian street. The superior suite doesn't look like in the pictures. The linen and towels are old and grey. We were waiting for the breakfast for almost 30 min and finally left without having it since we were in rush (couldn't wait longer). Will not come again. Unfortunately.

Very nice boutique feel to this hotel in Shymkent and has a garden area. Nice Roos and clean and stayed here in double for the equivalent of £24. Bizarre comment....door lock noisy when unlocked which if another guest does at ungodly hours can be intrusive.

Very nice and huge rooms. Bathroom is superb and spacious. Clean and well kept. Price was also very reasonable. It is just 1.5km from city and parks. Only point lift is between floors. No AC working. Wifi was slow on upper floors.

I have spent two night here. My experience was good. Things were as expected. Beds were comfortable. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. Breakfast was good enough. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market. Overall yes from my side.

It is just across from the Grand Bazaar, and there is a bus transfer station downstairs, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is old-fashioned and just average.

Rooms are nice. Place is near to city centre. No restaurant at hotel. Please bear in bind that it’s a Halal hotel. Service is okay. Bit pricey considering the location and amenities.

Excellent recreation area. Clean comfortable pool, green area, helpful managers and waiters. Delicious cuisine. And most importantly - within the city, no need to go far.

The pool is great, but I don't know about the rooms. But for a pool, it's very clean. The water is a little cold, but there are three sections of the pool: a deep section for ages 12 and up, a medium depth section for ages 6-7 to 10, and a shallow section for toddlers. Be careful, though, the bottom is slippery.

If you're going to go, be sure to come right around opening time; it gets crowded around 4-5 PM. The water is very warm, which I don't like; it's unpleasant to swim in. We ordered beer based on the waiter's recommendation, and it was terrible. The food is generally delicious, but the prices are slightly above average.

Clean, cozy, affordable, I liked everything, a suite for 15,000 per night, breakfast included, simple but delicious – porridge, eggs, yogurt, coffee, and tea. This is my second year staying there. I really like the mattress. I used to stop staying there because it was cold and dirty, but recently I had to because I was tired of looking for an apartment. The price is reasonable. 14,000 for a junior suite. Everything is clean. The staff is polite. 3011 smells like sewage. We were vacationing with children. Bathrooms are not cleaned with bleach or thoroughly. And so it shows its 4 stars.
