Average, the rooms are already tired, the mountain air and spacious rooms will save you, in the cold season the rooms are very warm. Regarding the breakfast, I can say that it can be done better. There is no choice, they cooked according to our order, but not what we wanted))))

Nice place, pretty good service. 15 m long swimming pool. Nice view to the mountains and fresh air!

Problem whit hot water and whit current for a few days of the week . I had also a problem whit the money in my room. Really far away from the centre and the staff it were not available and never want to help. They there speak just Russian.

Terrible hotel!!!! There is only one price tag on the website, but in fact it is 50% more expensive and breakfast is not included in the price. I paid for a 2-day stay, left on business in the morning, returned in the evening, and it turns out I was already evicted!!!! All the things that I left in the room were taken away somewhere, the most idiotic argument could be: “for the safety of my things.” What kind of baby talk!? HOTEL OWNERS WHERE ARE YOU LOOKING? After such inconvenience and essentially offensive actions, no effective apologies!

excellent hotel, I was on holiday in Almaty Sapar, the rooms are beautiful, not expensive, the price includes a visit to the sauna and breakfast. According to my recommendations, many acquaintances vacationed there and I myself accommodated friends who came on a business trip to us in Almaty. Whenever necessary, I will definitely use the services of the Almaty Sapar Hotel. Everything is super wonderful.
