It's getting worse and worse, the beds have been replaced with low ones, it's not comfortable to sleep, the TVs don't work, and if there are any, the price of the room has increased, it doesn't matter anymore

What a horrible hotel - we would never ever have stayed there if it would have not been the case that whole Almaty hotels were de facto fully booked since so many russians are in town for the reason of the war. We had bed bugs, the toilet was broken, whole bathroom and bedroom filthy and in horrible condition. If you can find anything else, never consider to stay here!

We rented a room here for 12 thousand for 12 hours, no one bothered us. But the numbers leave a lot to be desired. Disposable slippers, brushes and toothpaste were provided. There was no curtain for the shower. There was a new kettle and mugs, which made me happy.

Stayed one night. Only as a last resort hotel, when there are no other hotels at all. I forgot my wallet, came to get it, and $100 had already been stolen from inside. Not caught, not a thief.... In general, the room cost me about 60 thousand. and bedbugs as a keepsake. No more kicking!
