Room is large size.
Bed quality is just okay. Also bed is not large size but fine for two people.
Matter is very thin
Room wall made by using wooden so other rooms sound can been listened.
Staff is nice and kind they helpful.
Window is large and have sun light.
Air conditioning is working perfect.
Also have heater.
Bathroom is just basic. Have hot and cold water.
TV is also working fine.
WiFi internet is speed is fine.
8 min walk to metro station.
2-3 min walk to bus station.
Many restaurant and market is nearby walkable distance. Also surrounding is foreigner friendly and safe.

I booked a room at Pana Inn and informed them about our late-night arrival. However, upon arrival, we were told there were no available rooms. Additionally, the hotel had a very unpleasant odor from the entrance, and disturbing noises coming from inside seriously affected our stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place

Apart from the location it didn't have anything good. You could hear the sound from all other rooms. Rooms are too small .

The worst hotel i have stayed in almaty , employees were very rude to tourists , worst customer service , the staff were behaving very rude , no respect at all

1- In the booking page It is said that there is TV in the room but rooms don't have TVs
2- In the booking page It is said that you can stay 24 hours but you can stay 20 hour for full payment so they wake me up in the early morning at 8am and sent me
5- The girl in the reception is really rude
4- Sheets and pillowcases are torn, bath towel is full of brown stains
5- You can hear everything from other rooms
